Do not expect placements, old infrastructure, decent course not for everyone.

Placements: There are no great placement opportunities in the Maths department. No one was placed because the offers are mainly for commerce and arts students, mainly in sales and marketing, so no one really applied for those offers from the Maths department. Research and programming opportunities are not provided at all.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very old. There is no auditorium; some classes are in tin sheds. Wi-Fi is there but very poor. Labs are good, fully AC, and well-maintained, but the systems are old. The canteen is awesome, reasonable, and has decent taste compared to other colleges. There are all kinds of sports, and the teams also perform really well in inter-college competitions.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They teach very politely, answering all doubts, and they even maintain a good relationship with students after class. The course is purely theoretical. If you are planning to go into research or teaching, then it is for you, but other than that, it is not really good for the industry. The curriculum is very old and not updated. The exams are really easy; only previous year questions are enough to pass. The passing percentage is 40.

Other: I chose this course because I like Maths. The best thing, I would say, is that you can pursue your other goals along with this course because it is not burdensome. One thing that should be improved is practical application in the industry. The events and fests are not really awesome in Motilal; it's quite boring, to be honest.

Everything on campus is good.

Placements: Around 75% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is around 17 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is around 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are MNCs and US-based companies. Around 55% of students got internships from the course. Top roles offered are offered in the course. You can join any MNC.

Infrastructure: Facilities and the infrastructure available for our course are good. It contains Wi-Fi, libraries, labs, and classrooms. Every book has multiple copies by which every student can make notes easily. The quality of the food served in the hostel and the canteen is good. Medical facilities, sports, and games are quite good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Every student can easily understand a particular topic. The course curriculum is relevant because it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are hard and the pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I have a great interest in the scores. The best thing about our course is that it makes students intelligent and more aware of Maths. Our events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surrounding, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are good.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Due to the covid, placements are organised online. The placement cell is very active and helps students to get more opportunities and to get placed in famous companies. Many renowned companies visit our college for placements to recruit students. Many students got placed through the placement drive.

Infrastructure: Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs and practicals are organised as per schedule. The canteen is spacious. Our college has a huge playground to play different games. A medical room is available for emergencies.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive, qualified, and kind to students. All are specialists in their fields. The pass percentage in semester exams and unit tests is 33%. Passing exams depends on students' ability. Previous years' question papers can help to pass exams.

Other: Our campus is good and surrounded by trees. Various societies are available in our college for different curriculum activities. Events and fests are organised from time to time.

The teachers are good, but there are no placements or counseling.

Placements: Many students enrolled for the batch of 2021-23. Students in B.Sc. Maths honors are good in studies and are preparing for UPSC, MCA, MBA, M.Sc, etc. Not many companies come here to recruit students, you need to rely on your own. You can create your ID on LinkedIn to be aware of your surroundings. Very few students got internships, but they are not of very high value. You need to search for an internship and a job on your own. The location plays a major role in its value since it is located on the main south campus, which increases its value as you get to know many people, and there are many other colleges near Motilal.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old, but it has air-conditioners in some of its classes. The labs are well equipped. There are small, medium, and large classrooms, and the Wi-Fi facility works almost everywhere in college. Our college does not have any hostels, so students rely on PGs or flats. The quality of food is hygienic. You will find many different dishes to try, especially chili potatoes and paratha are nice in our college. There is a football court, a ground, a basketball court, an indoor and outdoor canteen, a photocopy shop, etc.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Some teachers do not bother much to teach students. Attendance is not an important issue. Maths department teachers completed our course on time at least. Semester exams are the same as Central University exams, so it is not very difficult to pass. Many students can pass it easily, even if they study at the end.

Our college has good teaching facilities and sports.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in Motilal Nehru college is 94%. The highest package offered in our college is 18.7 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, DE Shew, KPMG, etc. Around 70-80% of students get an internship. A data scientist is a role offered.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi available for students, and the infrastructure is quite good. I like the library the most. The quality of food is good in the canteen, you can have everything you want. In particular, healthy food is also available. Sports are really good in this college. Students play at a high level with the tag of our college.

Faculty: All of the teachers excel at math honors. They will do their best. This course is important for data scientists and many industrial companies that need a mathematics student. The semester exam level is average.

Other: The maths honors course is widely used in our lives. There are so many advantages to this course. There should be a focus on practical learning in maths too. Because of this college, I got inspire scholarship. Exams are fairly conducted here, there is no cheating or no offense.
