NIT Delhi MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NIT Delhi offers a two-year full-time MTech course at the postgraduate level. NIT Delhi MTech programme is avaialble across multiple specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering (specialisation in Analytics), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (specialisation in Power Electronics and Drives), Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (specialisation in VLSI), Mechanical Engineering (specialisation in CAD/ CAM), Industrial Chemistry, etc. The minimum required eligibility criteria for MTech admission at NIT Delhi is to pass graduation, specifically in BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc or equivalent courses with a minimum aggregate of 60%. NIT Delhi MTech admission is based on GATE scores followed by CCMT Counselling.
The selection process for MTech courses at NIT Delhi includes:
