NIT Delhi for M.Tech students is very harsh with no good placements. The senior faculty is ignorant.
Placements: Almost all the companies visiting the campus hire only B.Tech students. TNP cell of NIT Delhi does not care for M.Tech placements. However, M.Tech students get internship opportunities in their 2nd semester of the course. But the professors from CSE department will always discourage you to go for internships.
Infrastructure: Campus looks more like a construction site. They have a good list of courses, but they do not offer what they show in the list because of lack of faculty members in some of the courses. Department will force you to pick selected subjects as per their comfort only. There is no value of the students.
Faculty: Some senior faculty members from CSE department are arrogant and egoistic. Exams happen as per the yearly calendar released by the institute, which is a good point. There are no holidays for M.Tech students during the semester breaks. Students must publish thesis work or else they get a bad grade.
Other: No major fest or events are conducted. College campus life is not good. Extracurricular activities like, sports, gym, yoga classes along with coaching for some sports are provided. Campus surrounding is not good, it is located in a village area.

I am satisfied because of good placements provided in 2018.
Placements: About 72% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 26 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was about 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was about 10 LPA. This NIT is very good to join. About 79% of the students got an internship from our course in many companies like Amazon, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course were very good and enough to appreciate. Libraries were available, which are the best. Quality of the food served in the mess was very good. Medical facilities were also available.
Faculty: Teachers here were qualified and well-knowledgeable. They were very helpful to students in clearing any doubt or in anything else. Their teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students industry-ready to achieve success and to do something for the nation.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in it, and also my elder brother pursued the same course. The best thing about this course is we get high salary packages. There is no need to improve anything in our course, as all things are already properly managed. Surroundings of the campus are not that good.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and placements.
Placements: The placements in the college were good. Almost all the students who were keen and sincere got placed. A majority of the students were recruited by Infosys and IBM. The average salary offered was around 4 LPA. The placement cell was proactive, and periodic and timely updates were provided.
Infrastructure: The labs were well-maintained. Software that was part of the curriculum was procured and training was provided regularly. The library was excellent with an adequate amount of books and space. Reading room attached to the library was also well-maintained with 24*7 accessibility.
Faculty: Senior faculty were excellent and masters in their fields. Teachers were easily accessible and were keen to help out students in all matters. Industry exposure was not adequate. The course curriculum was thorough and with quality guidance provided by the teachers, and it was covered on time easily.
Other: The connectivity to college is good. There should have been more awareness of extracurricular activities among students.
