NIT Delhi MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NIT Delhi MTech is a two-year postgraduate degree course, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. NIT Delhi MTech courses are available in different disciplines, namely Computer Science and Engineering (specialisation in Analytics), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (specialisation in Power Electronics and Drives), Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (specialisation in VLSI), Mechanical Engineering (specialisation in CAD/ CAM), Industrial Chemistry, etc. The basic eligibility criteria required for admission to MTech courses at NIT Delhi is candidates must qualify for their graduation, specifically in BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc or equivalent courses with at least an aggregate of 60%. Additionally, NIT Delhi MTech admission is done based on GATE scores followed by CCMT Counselling.

Step 3: Selection Criteria & Release of Merit List

Seats are allocated to the students based on their scores/ ranks achieved in GATE. In addition, the choice-filling of MTech specialisation also plays an important role in the allocation of the seats.

Candidates are required to bring all the documents in original along with 1 set of self-attested documents (signed on every page) & all the forms along with the fee receipt for the institute balance fee payment (Other than CCMT 2025 online payments). It is the responsibility of a candidate to produce all the requisite documents at the time of physical reporting. Any misinformation or forged document shall lead to the cancellation of the admission without any further notice.
