The National Institute of Technology Raipur admits students to the M.Tech course on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores. NIT Raipur MTeach cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations, rounds and categories. This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. The competition for M.Tech in Energy and Environment has significantly increased since last year because in 2024, the last round cutoff was 355.
