This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. The competition for M.Tech in Energy and Environment has significantly increased since last year because in 2024, the last round cutoff was 355.  Please make a note that other categories and rounds have different cutoffs for the same course specialisations

NIT Raipur cutoff 2025 has been released for the third round. For candidates seeking admission to the college via JEE Main, it is neccessary to obtain a rank as per the category-wise cutoff list. The cutoff among the General AI category, the cutoff ranks varied between 536 and 18007. Therefore, candidates belonging to the General AI category must obtain a score of 18007 or less to get admission to the college.
