GATE CCMT R1 has been released for admission to the M.Tech courses. Candidates seeking admission to the NIT Raipur M.Tech course must secure a rank between 353 and 438 under the first cutoff list for the General category students. Specialisation-wise Round 1 cutoffs are given below for NIT Raipur:  

Candidates must apply for NIT Raipur by first qualifying GATE with a good score. Hereafter, he/she must apply and appear for CCMT Counselling for final seta allotment. This is followed by the payment of course fee to confirm one's seat in the course. 

The National Institute of Technology Raipur admits students to the M.Tech course on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores. Based on the entrance test scores, candidates are then called for the CCMT (Centralized Counselling) process for admission to the MCA course. NIT Raipur MTeach cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations, rounds and categories. This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. The competition for M.Tech in Energy and Environment has significantly increased since last year because in 2024, the last round cutoff was 355.  Please make a note that other categories and rounds have different cutoffs for the same course specialisations 

16 students were placed out of 92 eligible students during NIT Raipur MTech placement 2025. Further, 23 and 30 students were placed in 2024 and 2023. 

NIT Raipur cutoff 2025 has been released for various rounds. The cutoff has been released for admission to BTech and BArch courses, on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India and Home State quotas. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 1651 and 78915 as per the last round. The most desired course among the General AI category candidates was BArch. In the B.Tech specialisations, the most desirable specialisation turned out to be BTech. in Computer Science and Engineering with the last round cutoff rank of 17240.
