It feels like jail rules are very strict.
Placements: Placement record is well enough in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It is the best among all other colleges. This year the highest salary package offered is 36 LPA and the average placement record is 3.5 LPA. It provides students with internship opportunities and provides vast exposure to companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is well-maintained and hygienic they clean washrooms and college campus. Hostel facility is also very good it's also well-maintained and hygiene is maintained. There are 24/7 air-conditioners and electrical supply. Wi-Fi facility is available in every hostel room.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful and guide students with everything with vast experience. Exam curriculum is well enough it helps students prepare enough for their university exams. Teachers also provide notes and other help to score well enough in our university exams.
Other: College infrastructure and all is well enough, but rules are very strict and sometimes it feels like a jail because they keep college timings from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is very tiring.

The only thing I hate about this college is the 90% attendance criteria.
Placements: College is good as 3rd tier. Placements are average, mostly depending on the skills of students rather than college. You have to work really hard to get placement and not depend on college for placement because it is a third-tier college, not an IIT so its name doesn't offer you anything.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good of college, hostel, and mess. College infrastructure is very organised and very well designed. Classes are fully AC, and have good computer labs, chemistry lab, physics lab, etc. Hostel is good too with a lift and all the essential requirements.
Faculty: Faculty members are average, some are good, some can be bad. But you can complain about them to higher authority to replace them. But I suggest you should do more self-study. Exams are good too, there is an assignment exam after each month. We have a class test exam after 2 assignment exams and a pre-university exam before university exam.
Other: Fests are good and enjoyable.

My college is good overall.
Placements: I am pursuing a BTech with a specialization in artificial intelligence. So I would say my college placement is good, as I can say 70% of students get the placement, and my college guidance regarding placement has been well given by facilities. In Accenture, TCS, Wipro, etc., in these MNC's, around 50-60% of students got placed.
Infrastructure: My college has a good infrastructure and it is well known for this and good hygiene, as our college is good in terms of cleanliness. And facilities provided in hostel are also good. Food is good, as well as taking consideration of hygiene. College infrastructure is also very amazing.
Faculty: Faculties are helpful and they provide sufficient information to students to make their future brighten. They help the students with all kinds of things, such as if anyone wants to pursue a master's, then they help for it also and provide good and sufficient knowledge to students.
Other: I have chosen this course so that I could learn more about technology and learning the technology and new things is very interesting so I found this course interesting and I took it.

Analyze the college before admission.
Placements: The percentage of students placed that are shown in the hordings is not the actual percentage, but the students that are allowed for the placements, like without back & other criteria, most of them are placed. The minimum is not known to everyone, but it should be around 3 to 4 LPA, and the highest offered is 49 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, HCL, JTC, etc. The internship ratio is less because the chances of getting a internship are less than getting placed in a company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. All the classrooms have Centralized ACs along with projectors except labs. The labs have all the required apparatus, and almost all are in good working order. If you are a hosteller, you can go to the library from 9 AM to 9:30 PM for boys and 7:30 PM for girls. The hostel is good, but the only drawback is that there is quite strictness in the hostel, like you can never be in the hostel during class timings except you are not feeling better. The mess food is okay, at first it is good, but then it is not good.
Faculty: The professors are good. If you want to study, they will always be ready to help you. They are well qualified, and their teaching ability is also impressive. I think the curriculum is one of the points that make PSIT different from other colleges. From the very first year, they are helping you by giving 4 to 6 lectures on PSA problem solving aspect, TT Technical Training, along with VT Verbal Training.
