STEP 1: Registration for Entrance Exam & Counselling

STEP 2: Selection Process

Once approved, they are issued a provisional allotment/token from the RSST Trust office, which grants them access to the college's internal online admission system.

For state-level merit candidates, they must first pay their seat confirmation fees online to KEA/COMEDK to download their official allotment letter, which they must physically present at the designated admission office inside the R.V. College of Engineering campus.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admission

At the final stage of the admission process, candidates complete physical document verification on the campus. For merit candidates, they must present their pre-paid counseling challan, complete the college's internal online admission form, and clear the remaining university and institutional balance fees. Once all mandatory original certificates are checked and the final payment is successfully processed, the candidate's B.E. admission is formally concluded and confirmed.
