College gave it's best for our career.
Placements: In our department the highest package secured in this year is 56 LPA by Microsoft company, even 2 others got 50+ LPA and few like 10 got 30+LPA. This year 92% of students got placed, official started by the college. The lowest package is like 5 or 6 LPA, average is like 12-14 LPA. Top companies visited are Microsoft, google, amazon, tcs, ibm, infosys, wipro, hcl, uber as far I know. 70% are placed with internships across MNCs, startups, Industries like microsoft, jp morgan, walmart, samsung, wipro, cisco. Top roles offered in AIML : AI engineer, ML engineer, this, software Devp, AI researcher, robotics engineer.
Infrastructure: Almost most of the faculty are with Ph.D. degree and been teaching at RV for more years. Entire campus is with a Wi-Fi, we have labs for phy, che, BioTech, computer labs, many mech labs and for projects too. Every department has their own classrooms. A library with systems to work, books to read, place to explore and support to guide. Hostel infrastructure is good, the food is mostly hygiene and canteen has various kinds of food covering northern, south, different other kinds. College also have its own hospital with good doctors and helpers, the support for sports and games is also great for those who are passionate on that field.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, provide guidance for research, the quality of teaching is awesome a new experience. As of 1st year few courses seem to be irrelevant but to be there as part of common syllabus from 2nd year on the curriculum seems to be very interesting to move on and a bit challenging too. Of course it maps to the hands on experience for making us ready for industrial work. The semister exams in the college are moderate, if you focus can maintain 8.5+ easily.
Other: I choose this course as I am interested towards Maths a lot than other subjects. Course has many interesting domains on AI and ML to explore that's how we can find a career. I personally thought like from first year itself if the department has it's own curriculum it would boost performance a bit, but even the college curriculum also MET my expectations. All the other cultural events in the college will happen at any times mainly on important date, we enjoyed a lot with the events, it gave me a new experience.
