Decent college don't expect much from campus infrastructure but overall its good only.
Placements: Presently, as per my knowledge, this year we have good placement with a decent average, but we didn’t get 100% placements. However, it’s overall good, and if you’re looking for further studies, it’s really good. Most teaching companies are coming for placements.
Infrastructure: Specifically, the Telecom Department is famous for its infrastructure. The labs and classrooms are good, and the overall infrastructure of the ETE Department is actually good. It looks new, and there are many classrooms with a seminar hall inside the building for the DEU.
Faculty: The curriculum is okayish; it depends. We have many basket course options. The main core subjects are totally related to the course, and the basket courses allow exploration of different departments like CS or even Biotechnology. Overall, it provides a good amount of options.
Other: Campus crowd is actually good mostly COMEDK and KCET toppers and studious people are present.

You have opportunities to grab in RVCE.
Placements: 90% student placed, your the highest package will go upto 35 Lacs for electronics and telecommunication, maximum students will get teach based job roles as software developed, for batch 2025 many mnc companies already selected for internship like microsoft.
Infrastructure: In Electronic and telecommunication department there is almost 8-9 labs are there for different-different courses in department only there is one huge & separate library for department, hostel is average or same as other government colleges mess food isn't good you have to comeback by 10 pm for boys and 7pm for girls.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful if you had interest in that particular course, you will feel that some of the course is not relevant, but these courses help in build your foundation strong in RVCE they won't teach you any such courses which is not industry required.

Infrastructure: It has well-maintained laboratories, classrooms, and the library has plenty of books. It not only contains a syllabus and many general knowledge books are provided. There is Wi-Fi on the campus. The mess food is good and they have plenty of sports which give a refreshment.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and they clear all students' doubts. The exams are conducted by our college as it is an autonomous institution. The passing percentage is 40%. RV prepare a student for the industry requirement and exams are tough. The teaching is good and they help students.

Our college provides very good placements and has value for money.
Placements: Other than people who have active backlogs, nearly everyone gets placed. The highest placement was offered by Salesforce with a salary package of 35 LPA and the lowest was 4.5 LPA. Most of the companies offer SDE roles but some companies do offer associate engineer roles too with a good package.
Infrastructure: The telecommunication department is the newest and the most beautiful in the college. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and libraries are also very good. There is one main library and every department has separate library. There are 2 canteens in the whole college i.e., a mini canteen and the main canteen.
Faculty: The course is quite updated with the latest technologies and makes students industry-ready. But college curriculum is not always sufficient. Personal effort is also required. Some teachers are very knowledgeable in the department. They encourage students to get into some good projects which in turn helps in growth as well as placements. If someone has an interest in subjects then he/she can find the subjects easy and interesting. Pass percentage varies from 35% to 40% depending on the type of the course.

Our college is good in all terms.
Placements: It is also known for campus recruitment. Companies visit our college, conduct interviews, and hire students to work in their company. Campus placements are arranged by our college, and it invites the best possible companies to recruit students. The campus placements are held before the final examination, which not only benefits the students but also benefits the companies and colleges. However, students need to prepare well for the campus placements. Our college prepares students, but still, students need a lot to do.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Students get hands-on experience with the latest technologies. Computing resources are one of the important and mandatory needs of a college. The college is equipped with the latest computer products and internet connectivity.

Overall, our college is fine because of its good placements in the CSE, IT and ECE branch.
Placements: In the previous year, about 80% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered here always vary, but the average salary package offered is around 6 LPA-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include Airtel, Cisco, Cognizant and Bosch. Roles like analytics and software profiles are offered here.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi facility, but it hardly works. Labs available here include circuit lab, network lab, analog lab and digital lab. Classrooms have the projector facility and are well maintained, and every department has its own library as well as an auditorium. Both mini and major canteens are available. Medical facilities are also available in our college. Facilities for most of the games are available.
Faculty: Faculty members here are fine. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is neither very good nor very bad, and most of the faculty members here are the assistant professors. The course curriculum is relevant, but it is not structured in a way for research and development.
Other: The main annual event in this college is the 8th Mile, which is mainly organised in between February and March. It is one of the hugest events in South India.

Review of RVCE Bangalore - R.V. College of Engineering.
Placements: About 80% of the seniors from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered keeps varying. The salary package offered in our department for 2 students is 28 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Cisco and Tejas Labs visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like software profile and analytics, are offered to the students. For the current batch, about 10 companies offered an internship for students for 3 months.
Infrastructure: All facilities available in our college are well maintained and up to the mark. Wi-Fi facility is available, and it sometimes it does not connect. Mess and hostel are very good. The main canteen is overpriced, and the quality of the food served is not satisfactory. Even the quantity is very less. Medical facilities are very good. In case of emergency, hospitals are very near to the college. There is a medical store on the campus.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our college are very good with a few exceptions. All teachers are qualified, and they guide us. The course curriculum is hectic, and the college management keeps experimenting with our exam pattern, which makes it very difficult to adapt. They conduct three internals exams, and they give marks by taking the best of three, and sometimes average of two. Now they are trying to implement open-book test with much difficult question paper.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my CET rank. I had no preference for the course, but I wanted to join this college. Events and fests are organised like a festival in our college which is the most exciting part of being in the RV family.

I am satisfied with this college, but placements were not good in 2017. The campus is awesome.
Placements: About 85% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 13 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Companies like Cisco, Airtel, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Oracle, Facebook, Amazon, KPTCL, Mercedes, Bosch, Arm, Siemens, and Ford visited our campus for placements. Roles like business analyst, executive trainee, and software engineer are offered to the students. About 6% of students did an internship in Wipro.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Analog lab, digital lab, communication lab, RF lab, circuits lab, classrooms with projector facility, auditorium, separate department library, separate department auditorium, and networks lab. The college provides two sports complex for indoor and outdoor games. Mini and major canteens are available for students. Medical facilities with a doctor are also available.
Faculty: Teaching quality was good. Most of the teachers were assistant professors, and many were pursuing PhD. They should include industry visits. They should provide more internships for students. They should improve their teachings for freshers that are a basic understanding of subjects should be taught in a better way.
Other: I have chosen this course because I didn't get a seat in any other courses in this college. Especially the core subjects like satellite communication, analog and digital communication, RF and microwave engineering are interesting.
