MS Ramaiah College review.
Placements: I'm currently studying, so I'm not placed yet, but I will give you the details for placement. The average package was 5.5 Lacs. The highest package was 64 Lacs and the lowest was 2.4 Lacs per annum. The total placement percentage was 76 percent. Top companies approached were Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Oracle, Asian Paints, Bosch, Mercedes Benz, etc.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. It is a bit small, but the infrastructure is very well built. There are all types of facilities available like library, lab, workshop, etc. The hostels are available for boys and girls. There are 4 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels.
Faculty: The faculty is good and highly educated and capable as many of them are researchers and Ph.D. holders. The ratio is 36:1. The exam pattern is like there are 2 CIE exams and a semester exam every semester. The difficulty is moderate. Regular studies are needed to pass.
Other: The major reason for choosing this college is my interest in Chemistry and my COMEDK rank. The curriculum is very strict, and there is no space for other activities and exploration. This is the major issue with the college and academics. The best thing is the opportunities that are provided regarding the course. Placement and internship opportunities are available for everyone.

GO FOR IT: Good faculty for the chemical department and engineering sciences.
Placements: The average package for the year 2024 was 5 LPA, which, according to me, is great considering the fact that the majority gets placed and compared to other universities where the average packages are somewhat 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Almost 96% of the students get placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very mid, don't have high expectations, but the campus is pretty huge though. The cafeteria is pretty affordable and decent. The Wi-Fi connection and network inside the college campus are very bad. Commuting to college is easy; there's a bus stop walkable from the college, and the metro station is 2 km away.
Faculty: The faculty is highly knowledgeable and qualified. They always follow the lesson plans and go according to it. The curriculum is very well-curated. The exams are pretty hard and stressful. The pass percentage is average. But the college is very strict about the 85% attendance requirement.
Other: Campus life is great, and fests too.

The faculty is fully supportive, and there are good placements.
Placements: The placement scenario is good in our college. Nearly 25 companies visit for placements for our course. They provide internships like IBM, Skilltimate, Vincense, etc. Top roles, like software developer and managing director of projects, are offered to students.
Infrastructure: There are good laboratories, classroom facilities in our college, and a library is also available where most books are available. The food quality in our college hostel is good, and it provides good facilities for sports and games. There are many branches with separate blocks.
Faculty: Our course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. Our college provides preparation material that is practically oriented, a kind of learning, and semester exams are tough but knowledgeable. The faculty is qualified, knowledgeable, and provides quality education to students.

Placements: Approximately, 70% of the students got placed in company roles like UPL limited, TATA chemical energy engineer and Nuclear engineer. 80 LPA is the highest package offered, 12 LPA is the lowest with an average salary of 20 LPA offered. Almost all the students got internships from our course in UPL limited, TATA chemical, etc.
Infrastructure: The college facilities are fine and the infrastructure is also very good. Wi-fi is available everywhere in our college. Labs and classrooms are fine and the library has all the required books. The hostel is good, the mess and the canteen provide quality food. Many sports and games events happen every semester.
Faculty: The teachers are fine, they are helpful towards the students. The students can ask doubts any time and they will clear it. They have good teaching skills and are, no doubt, qualified. The course curriculum is relevant and the activities make the students industry ready. Semester exams are very difficult to pass. 90% is the passing percent.

Good college with all the facilities.
Placements: Ramaiah Institute is the best for placement. I am a 2021 passout student and our batch has 92% placement with a highest package of 48 lacs, the lowest package is 13 Lacs and the average is 33 lacs with top companies like UPL, Tata chemical and Ongc. Internships offered by Pidilite, Hindustan, etc. were given to up to 78% of students.
Infrastructure: The facilities at our campus companies are in good placement. Facilities like good food on campus are there. Wi-Fi connections are available on campus and library facilities are available for all students to get the best books. The facilities in our hostel include good food on campus and medical and sports facilities for all.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in teaching discipline, innovation thinking, and study materials of the highest quality. They have a lot of knowledge. The course is relevant to chemicals, so they train from basics to advanced, making students ready for industry. Semester exams are to be passed with 64%.

Yes nice college infrastructure is nice.
Placements: Yes, placements are pretty good, we have average placement of 5 LPA and the highest is like 10 LPA. Many companies are visiting from IT sector and also from core side we have many large companies like mrpl and MCF and some also pursue higher studies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay and nice, they must improve the Wi-Fi facility, labs are nice and maintained. We have large libraries. Canteen is nice, medical facilities are not nice we have sports and games which are okay on my behalf we have mess and bad hostel. Hostel is not nice.
Faculty: No, teachers are not so intelligent. They are lagging in communication. Some teachers don't speak proper English bad grammar response and some lectures seems to be nice and keen to everyone and some are partial and have guts and few of them are not nice.
Other: We have many events and fest.

Review of Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
Placements: The college provides excellent placements for students who work really hard for their career. Placements are provided from various sectors (mostly IT). The highest salary package was achieved by ISE branch, i.e., 52 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3.25 LPA. Roles are based on company requirements. Being engineers marketing roles are also prominent.
Infrastructure: The college provides excellent infrastructure and has a variety of labs for different branches. It has seven state-of-the-art libraries for book worms to study in and make some references. It is worth studying in Ramaiah.
Faculty: It provides great exposure as the faculty are of great calibre and the knowledge instilled is out of this world. The student to teacher ratio is really great. The mode of teaching is through in-class teaching and also presentations, along with outdoor activities. Industrial visits and many more are also conducted here.
Other: Udbav is an amazing fest. The crowd is amazing, cheerful, and also helpful at times. The campus is surrounded by many cafes and pubs.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology is good and has a nice infrastructure.
Placements: In this academics, I heard that placements are weak for this outgoing batch. But the placements are taking place in an average way, and about 40% of the students have already placed in different companies. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, Infosys visited the campus for mass recruitment, and about 100 to 200 members of our seniors were placed there. The salary package offered by these companies were approximately 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Before joining the college itself, I came to know that Ramaiah college is known for its infrastructure. One or the other work is undergoing on the campus daily. The campus entirely connected with Wi-Fi facility and can be accessed easily. The food is good, and only vegetarian is available in the canteen and mess. The hostel rooms are good, and it mainly depends on the range of hostel we select.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and they are doing many research works. I saw that the seniors also accompany them in their works. The students and the teacher ratio is about 17:1, and each student is allocated to a proctor so that we can contact them for any issue.
