Go for it. A must college for you people.
Placements: 95% of students have been placed. Packages range from 4.5 LPA to 24 LPA. Companies include Infosys, Cognizant, SAP, and many others. 85% got internships. Roles offered include Associate Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Web Developer, Software Engineer, Software Trainee, UI/UX Designer, and Software Engineer Trainee, among many other positions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. Hostel people are very polite; they will care for you a lot. Food is also good. There are canteens in GJB, NRN, as well as in the admin block. Many games are organized, like volleyball, basketball, throwball, weightlifting, and many others.
Faculty: Lecturers are very helpful. Courses are very helpful for the students to learn about industrial standards, and also teachers are very helpful; they will make you understand better at any time. Semester exams may be the toughest, but if you study hard, you will be ready to pass.
Other: I'm interested in coding.

Good infrastructure and faculty members .
Placements: 90% of students were placed last year. The highest package offered was 48 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. The average package was 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Infosys, JP Morgan, etc. 85 percent of students got internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: So there are basically two campuses. One is north and the other is south. Students who choose EEE, ECE, civil, and mechanical have to go to the south campus, while students who choose CSE, AIML, and ISE have to go to the north campus. Labs are there for each subject, and the library is vast with study material books, novels, and more reference books.
Faculty: The faculty members are quite knowledgeable and qualified. They teach in an interesting way. The course curriculum is good. It makes the students industry-ready. The teaching quality is also good. Semester exams are not that difficult. We can pass them easily. The pass percentage is probably around 95 percent.

What you need to know before joining the college.
Placements: Around 90 percent of students in our college are placed every year, with an avg package of 8 LPA. The highest is 50 LPA. Infosys, Land are the top recruitment companies in our college. All the 3rd and 4th-year students got internships for software testing and developing in companies.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure in our college, with big libraries and huge classrooms, Wi-Fi. We have 2 campuses, one is North and the other is South. In the North campus, we have only IT branches, and the hostel facility is good but has less accommodation. But in the South, we get good accommodation.
Faculty: Yes, teachers here are helping in our course curriculum, but the level of exam paper is moderate, so we can't score well, but it makes students industry-ready. When it comes to sem exams, we often get tough papers. Teachers here are well-qualified and are good at teaching.
Other: I choose this course because of my passion to become an engineer, and the best thing about this course is it shapes my life and future in a good way. In this college, we get fewer fests.

Good for North Indian students who scored 90–96 percentile in JEE Main.
Placements: My course in NIE Mysore is CS with a focus on AI and ML. Nearly 87-92% of students got placed in CSE core; according to my placement cell, AIML placement will be similar to CSE core placement. The highest package this year was INR 54 LPA and the lowest was INR 4.5 LPA. The average pack for CSE was INR 11.4 LPA and that for ISE was 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, VISA, and Mercedes-Benz. From the 5th semester itself, colleges provide internships to nearly 65–70 percent of students.
Infrastructure: My college provides bad Wi-Fi. In terms of infrastructure, it is average, having decent labs and good classrooms. The library is also good but it is under construction. There are two campuses at my college: one is the south campus and the other is the north campus. All CS-related branches are on the north campus and the remaining branches (e.g., mechanical, EEE, CIVIL) are on the south campus. The hostel on the north campus is under construction so every student is told to stay at the hostel on the south campus. You will be amazed at how the distance between the North and South campuses is 13 km so we travel 13 km daily to attend our classes on the North campus. Facilities in hostel are: *For North indian guys, food is okay, not too good. *you will find only one canteen in boys hostel, which is very small; they do not keep many items in canteen. *No medical facilities are available at the hostel. All sports facilities are available, like basketball, cricket, football, and table tennis. For that, you need to go to the girls hostel, which is 300 meters away from the means hostel.
Faculty: Teaching quality is nice. Teachers are kind and helpful. The course curriculum is very good and in my opinion, it will definitely help students a lot and make them industry-ready. Clearing the exam is easy; you have to go through the notes and pdfs shared by teachers. That's all you need to easily score good marks.
Other: I chose this course because of my rank in COMEDK. There were lots of Bangalore colleges waiting for me but as per my rank, it was difficult to get a CS-related branch. No such great event took place at my college. I joined this college for placement. It's placement is too good.

Lucky to be the student of such a college.
Placements: Placements are extremely good. Many companies were called by placement officer. More than 100 companies visited our campus. The CS/is placement was especially good. Civil and mechanical was bit dull. The placement officer is very good and co-operative. Helped the students a lot.
Infrastructure: Well-equipped laboratories, and classes. All classes are modern, have projectors and are comfortable. Labs have AC and access to internet. Campus Wi-Fi is very poor. Has a sports stadium for badminton, basketball, football, cricket. Has a gym with modern equipments.
Faculty: Faculty are knowledgeable and well versed in the subjects. They are helpful with clearing any doubts and questions of students. Civil lecturers are old and experienced. Curriculum was not too old and not too new. Some of the useless and old subjects still exists, needs a bit updation.
Other: There were many Events like fests, workshops, seminars which is helpful for industry exposure for students. College has good surroundings with PG, hotels, parks etc.

It depends on your CET/COMEDK rankings, and for the branch you want to join, and also your caste. From what I know, you should try getting a ranking of at least 12000 or higher to join civil branch, 6000 for Electrical and Electronics branch, about 30004000 for Electronics and communication branch.
