A very good college with good placements.
Placements: Nearly 50-60% of students got placed. Top companies like Amazon, etc., visit our college to recruit students. Internships are very good in the college. Top roles offered are HR and some of the important roles in the company. Core companies also recruit students.
Infrastructure: There are very well-maintained classrooms. Lab facilities are also available with the experienced lab faculty. There is a library. There is no hostel service in our college. In the library, we can access the different journal papers. We have a digital library also.
Faculty: Teachers are well-experienced and very friendly with students. They complete the syllabus on time and clarify students' doubts. They don't hesitate in this college. There are many industrial visits. The syllabus is very good enough for students to get ready for the industry.
Other: Our college conducts a big fest.

Lovely new games, good placements, supportive faculty.
Placements: About 50% got placed in mechanical, but in software-related branches, almost 80%. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. TCS, Deloitte, Amazon, Cognizant, Infosys, and many more come for placements. Most internships were in DRDL, DRDO, ECIL, or NFC, which are run by the government. About 90% did the internship. Top roles include core mechanical as well as some programming roles.
Infrastructure: The library has a separate 3-floor building along with a digital library. There is Wi-Fi for each building. Labs have pretty old machines, but new ones are being added too. There is no hostel available. The food in the canteen has a good variety, so that's nice. We have a lot of sports options, including indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are very skilled, and they are also supportive and encouraging throughout. The teaching quality is good too. Yes, the course makes students industry-ready because we have a lot of industrial visits and lab work. There are 2 internals, which have no option questions, and 1 external, so they are pretty difficult.

One of the most reputed colleges is VASAVI.
Placements: I can't give an accurate percentage, but from 100 students, 10-15 got placed. Placements are still going on, and the highest salary is 8.6 LPA, the lowest is 3.6 LPA, and the average from last year is 8 LPA. In our branch, we don't get internships through the college; we apply privately off-campus. The top roles offered were basic roles only.
Infrastructure: Our college consists of 5 blocks, including one library block. There is one basketball court and one indoor block with chess, carrom, and table tennis tables. We also have water plants across our college. We don't have a hostel on campus.
Faculty: Our college professors are very highly qualified and experienced, with very strong knowledge of core concepts and the basics of each subject. Professors are very welcoming to students and ready to help them and clarify doubts. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes students ready for the industry.

A good college but not much enjoyable campus life.
Placements: Right now, placements for mechanical engineers are tough everywhere in Telangana, not just in our college. There are still some chances in core mechanical jobs, but these are very low, maybe one in the entire class. However, we do get opportunities in campus recruitments that are CSE and IT-based, as coding is also included in our curriculum. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Accenture visited this time, and maybe more will come in the future. Placements just started in our college, so to my knowledge, they were the only ones this time. Our college is one of the top-tier colleges, so you can expect many reputed companies. This year, the highest package offered was 42 LPA, and many students even got internships with stipends of about 75,000. For further details, you can check our official website.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best faculty. They are very highly qualified, and most of them have PhDs. They explain each and everything very well, including in the mechanical branch. Compared to other colleges, our college has the best teaching staff. The labs are clean and well-equipped with genuine licenses. We have a good library; a building is constructed just for the library, where you can sit and study peacefully. There is no college hostel, but there are many hostels nearby where you can stay. The canteen and mess are good and not highly priced. Sports and games do happen, but compared to other colleges, not many are conducted here. However, once a year, there is a competition called Vasavi Premier League in which students can participate.
Faculty: Our curriculum is not always the same; they keep on improving it, even if only a little bit, each year. Our faculty are very highly qualified, with most of them having PhDs and degrees from reputed institutions like IITs, NITs, and Osmania University. The curriculum also includes teaching based on real-life applications. Semester exams are moderate—not too difficult, not too easy.

Great college and popular college.
Placements: The college placements are good, and only good students who perform well get placed. About 65% of students from our course are placed. The highest salary is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Godrej Group and Tata Motors. The top roles are automotive engineer and mechanical engineer.
Infrastructure: The college facilities and mess are decent, and our college infrastructure is good. The equipment is well-maintained, and our laboratories are well-equipped. The classrooms are spacious and have comfortable benches. The hostel facilities are good, with attached bathrooms. The canteen food and mess are of sanitary grade.
Faculty: Our faculty is good. The faculty members are well-trained and have a lot of experience; most of them have completed PhDs and master's degrees in their respective subjects. They are all very helpful to the students. The course curriculum is good. There are two semester exams conducted in an academic year. The pass percentage is 70%.
