I am satisfied with faculty members but not with placements.

Placements: In our passed out batch, there were 15 students, and out of them, around 10 students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. L&T visited here, but it recruited only 2 students. Companies visit here and prefer B.Tech students rather than M.Tech students, which is not good. Other core companies should also visit here.

Infrastructure: In our department, we don't have any Wi-Fi facility. In the hostel, there is a LAN connection, which doesn't work properly. The food served in our canteen is average, and also in our hostel. The infrastructure of both department and hostel is not good. There is an old hostel, where washrooms are not in good condition.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and helpful, and they make sure that we understand everything. They put their efforts to explain to us. Our course curriculum is also good. But we need little more practical knowledge because it was not included in the course.

Other: In our course, placements and practical knowledge should be increased. I wish that the teaching hours should be reduced so that we can focus on state exams.
