XIC Entrance Test Admit Card 2026: Check Hall Ticket Date & Steps to Download

The Xavier's Institute of Communication has announced the exam dates for XIC OET 2026 exams. The XIC online test will held on 12th, 18th and 19th April 2026. The Zoom interview of selected candidates will be conducted from 24 April to 26 April 2026.

The exact date and time of the exam will be mentioned in the candidate's admit card, and login credentials will be given on registered email ID, just before the allotted time slot.

The application process for XIC entrance test 2026 will start on March 01, 2026. Candidates will be able to fill and submit XET application form 2026 by March 31, 2026. The XIC OET application fee is INR 2500 (inclusive of GST).

The XIC OET exam will be of one hour. Candidates will get 30 minutes to complete objective section and 30 minutes to complete subjective section. The XET entrance test will be conducted in online mode.

No, candidates can only take this exam in English. The exam body also strictly forbids any use of slangs and informal short forms. Examinees who pull that will be disqualified.

The XIC Entrance Test has two sections.

• Objective Section: Language Skills, General Knowledge and Knowledge of Media, Logical and Analytical skills
• Subjective Section: Total 4 questions to test candidate's creativity, social values, writing skills, subject specific knowledge, etc.

Once the XET entrance exam 2026 (online test & interview) is over, the institute will release a tentative final list of selected candidates on the official website - xaviercomm.org. The XIC OET 2026 result will be tentatively announced on May 04, 2026 (at 4 pm). The selected candidates will have to pay their course's tuition fee to confirm their admission by May 15, 2026. After that the institute will also release a wait list, tentatively on May 16, 2026 (at 4 pm).

As per official website, registered candidates will get their XIC OET admit card after registering for test. They hall ticket will be shared on registered email ID. If a candidate cannot find the same in Inbox, they must also check their spam or junk mail to avoid missing out on admit card. Students are also advised to keep the admit card with them for further admission process after test.

Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) does not issue duplicate admit cards. Since, XET admit cards are sent to applicants on their registered emails, they can always recover them from their deleted/ junk folders. Students should start preparing for XET at least four months before exams. It takes time to prepare for XIC entrance test. So, students are advised to start with syllabus early. Also, they are advised to focus on current events for General Awareness section and solving reasoning questions quickly to save time.
