IPU CET 2026 Application Form: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has closed IPU CET 2026 application process. Candidates had to fill out IPU CET application form 2026 online at ipu.admissions.nic.in to be eligible for entrance exam and admission process. Only those candidates who complete IPU CET 2026 registration were able to attempt the exam. No applications were accepted after IPU CET 2026 application form last date. During application process, candidates had to fill out all required information. Scanned documents had to be uploaded as per guidelines, and IPU CET 2026 application fee had to be paid online. IPU CET 2026 exam was held only for BTech Lateral Entry and BTech Biotechnology.

Steps to Fill IPU CET Application Form 2026

The details to fill out the application form can be read below. Since the application process is yet to begin, the candidates can check steps for reference.

  • Fill in the twelve-digit Aadhaar number in the given space.
  • Fill candidate's name
  • Mention the Father / Mother's name as mentioned in Class 10 or equivalent certificate.
  • Mention date of birth (DOB).
  • Provide details of caste category SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped / Persons with a disability, Defence and J & K Migrant. If a candidate does not mention any category then it will be considered as the ‘General’ category.
  • Select Gender (Male/Female).
  • After that, select the region from which you have passed your qualifying examination.
  • Mention the status of the qualifying examination (Passed/Appearing).
  • Then select the religion and the candidates belonging to the minority community; their minority certificate will be verified at the time of admission.
  • Select the Nationality - if you are an Indian national, then indicate “Indian” and if you are an outsider, then indicate “Others”.
  • Fill complete mailing address by writing your name and address in capital letters along with the PIN code.
  • Mention a correct mobile number and a valid email id for future communications.
  • After that, upload a recent colour photo with a white background in which the face should cover about 75% of the photograph.
  • Then upload the scanned signature and scanned left thumb impression.
  • After that, mention the visible mark of identification.
  • Select the IPU CET exam centre for appearing in the examination.
  • For the national-level test-based admissions, fill in the application number or registration number of the National Level Test as provided by the concerned national test-conducting agency.

IPU CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Lateral Entry to BTech programmes for Diploma holders: Candidates must have passed a diploma to apply for BTech Lateral Entry. They must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Lateral Entry to BTech Programmes for BSc Graduates: Candidates must have passed a BSc in Physics or Mathematics to apply for BTech Lateral Entry. They must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

  • IPU CET 2026 application form can be filled only in online mode. 
  • All basic information should be filled correctly. Once basic details are submitted, it cannot be changed.
  • The authorities will not accept multiple applications.
  • Offline fee payment will not be accepted. Candidates will have to pay fee online.
