- Seat Conversion Rules: Vacant reserved category seats (such as SC, ST, or PwD) that find no eligible takers are converted back to general or open categories according to strict government rules.
- Quota Re-mapping: State-wise and gender-neutral or female-only pool left over seats are recalculated.
