AMIE Application Form 2022: Know Registration Dates, Fees & Process

The Institution of Engineers (India) will soon release the AMIE 2021 Winter exam application form. Earlier, the conducting authority had extended the application form for AMIE 2021 Summer (Section A & B) until February 28. AMIE 2021 Application form: How to apply

Step-1: The candidates will have to visit the official website.

Step-2: They will be required to fill the examination form on the screen with the below-mentioned details:

• Name: Write your Name as it appears in your School Leaving Certificate.
• Nativity: Tick the appropriate option to confirm your nativity If you do not belong to Karnataka state by either Birth or Domicile, please tick the option - Non-Karnataka candidate.
• Choice of Test Centre: Select your preferred test Centre city from the list of cities provided Kindly note that once the city has been selected changes will not be allowed.
• Gender: Tick the appropriate gender.
• Applying for: Tick the appropriate test for which you are appearing Failure to tick correctly will result in incorrect processing of your score.
• Date of Birth: Enter your Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format in the space provided.
• Stream: Tick against the stream in which you have obtained your graduation degree
• Address: Write your complete postal mailing address including your first name in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Step-3: Click on Payment Gateway to make the payment of the prescribed application fee. Payment to be made online through net-banking/Credit/Debit card.

• Forms are to be sent only to the Secretary & Director General, The Institution of Engineers (India), 8 Gokhale Road, Kolkata 700 020, and must accompany the fee by DRAFT drawn on a Bank at Kolkata in favour of 'The Institution of Engineers (India)'.
  Particulars of the Draft should be mentioned in the form at the appropriate place. Name and Membership No. of the candidate must be mentioned on the reverse of the draft.
• Cheques, postal orders, money orders, etc are not acceptable for payment of the examination fee

• Candidates who desire to apply for the 2021 Examination and opt for an overseas examination centre, should pay the fees through NEFT and submit the Examination Application along with the payment proof/ transaction slip generated after payment by hard copy/ email to summer2021_examiei[at]ndia.org (Bank Detail for NEFT is mentioned in examination application available in IEI website).

Overseas Candidate submitted fee through NEFT must mention the following in examination application

• PaymentTransaction date
• Name of Bank & Branch
• Transaction ID/UTR No./Payment Reference No.
