Qualifying Marks:

Candidates should have obtained at least 60% aggregate in the qualifying degree

GATE Scores:

• Candidates should have a valid GATE score
• IIT graduates with CGPA of 8.0 are exempted to apply for admission to IIT Ropar. They are exempted to appear in GATE

The authorities released the application form of IIT Ropar MTech admission 2020 on March 19 online. Candidates seeking admission to IIT Ropar had to fill and submit the form before the last date. Registration: Candidates had to register for IIT Ropar MTech admission 2020 by submitting the log-in name and valid email ID. Upon registration, the authorities sent verification mail on the registered email id for candidates to validate the account and set up the password.

Filling the Application Form: Candidates had to log in to the IIT Ropar website and fill the required details such as GATE roll number, GATE scorecard. Candidates were also required to upload the following documents:

IIT Ropar MTech 2020 Admission will be conducted on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in GATE, CGPA, and departmental review. Seats will be allotted to candidates on the COAP portal.
