TS EAMCET Seat Allotment 2025 – Detailed Process
The steps mentioned above are explained below in a detailed manner:
Step 1 – TS EAPCET seat allotment Login: The authority has opened the seat allotment window through the candidate login portal. Log in using the login ID and hall ticket number to know the status of the seat allotment.
Step 2 – TS EAMCET seat allotment call letter: Download the TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment letter in PDF format and get at least 2 printouts of the same for appearing in the seat allotment rounds.
Step 3 – Seat acceptance: Students who are allotted a college and course of their preference must accept it before the deadline through the official portal. If students are not satisfied with the allotment, they can participate in the further round of counselling. After accepting the seat, report to the respective college for document verification. After the document verification, students must pay the tuition fee. The payment is accepted online via (credit card/ debit card/ net banking). Once the payment is done, students can obtain their admission number.
Step 4 - Payment of Tuition Fee & Self-Reporting: After accepting the seat, students must pay the tuition fee online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) before the due date. After the payment, self-report online through the candidate login to get the admission number. Also, candidates must report physically to the allotted college after the second round.
Documents Required for TS EAMCET Certificate Verification 2025
Below are the documents required for the certificate verification process to be considered for the TS EAMCET seat allotment process:
- Valid Aadhaar Card
- 6th standard inter-study certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Class 12th/intermediate or its equivalent
- Income certificate
- Caste Certificate issued by the respective authority (if applicable)
- Residence certificate of parents living in Telangana for a duration of 10 years if in case of non-local candidates
- Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / Physically Challenged (PH) / National Cadet Corps (NCC)/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable
- Residence certificate for parents of candidates living in Telangana for a period of 10 years where the candidate has no institution education
Documents Required by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates for TS EAMCET 2025 document verification
- Physically Handicapped certificate issued by District Medical Board for with 40% and above disability
- CAP certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in servicemen) issued by the competent authority for verification
- NCC & Sports Certificates in original
- Minorities - SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
- Anglo-Indian Certificate issued by Tahsildar
