- Maths: The Maths section of TS EAMCET May 3 first shift was considered easy to moderate. Of the 80 questions, 40 were easy and manageable, making it a scoring section for well-prepared candidates. About 20 questions were moderately difficult, while 20 were slightly more challenging. Overall, candidates, especially those strong in calculus and algebra.
- Chemistry—The chemistry section was easy to moderate and had straightforward questions, leaning towards NCERT-based questions. It included 20 easy, 10 moderate, and 10 difficult questions.
- Physics- The physics section was moderate, comprising 10 easy, 20 moderate, and 10 challenging questions.

- Overall analysis - The section was lengthy and covered complex calculations. Calculus was lengthy. The coordinate geometry questions were doable. However, the difficulty level was less compared to first shift.

- Difficulty level - easy to moderate
- Key topics - biomolecules, D&F block elements, electrochemistry, redox reactions, etc.
- Overall analysis - Chemistry was the easiest of all. Many questions were doable and conceptual. Inorganic chemistry was easy. Some students observed that certain topics were repeated from previous years' papers, which aided in their preparation.

- Key topics - ray optics, laws of motion, electromagnetic waves, work power and energy
