Candidates can fill CG PET 2026 application form online. While filling the application form, all details have to be submitted. No offline applications will be accepted.

To ensure a quick and efficient submission of the CG PET 2026 application form, candidates should gather all necessary information and documents beforehand. 

• Personal Information: Full name, guardian details, and permanent address.
• Educational Records: Academic certificates and mark sheets from previous exams.
• Communication Details: A functional email ID and an active mobile number for all official correspondence.
• Payment Methods: Access to Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card for the online fee payment.
• Digital Files: Clear, scanned copies of your recent photograph and official signature in the required format.

CG PET 2026 application form will be released online. To fill application form, candidates can follow steps given below.

• Go to vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.
• For registration, candidates will have to select their exam.
• Registration has to be done using basic details.
• Candidates have to upload their photograph and signature. Documents have to be uploaded correctly in form.
• Contact details has to be filled in form.
• Candidates have to choose their centres in application form. Three exam cities in order of preference can be selected.
• Application fee has to be paid through net banking, credit card or debit card. Offline fee payment will not be accepted.
• Application form has to be submitted.

CG PET 2026 Application Fee

As per Chhattisgarh Government regulations, candidates who are residents of Chhattisgarh and appear for the examination will have their examination fee refunded by Vyapam. The examination fee will be refunded to the same bank account from which the candidate paid the online application fee.

CG PET 2026 application form correction facility dates have not been announced yet. Registered candidates will be able to access the CG PET application form 2026 correction facility online by logging in using the required credentials, i.e, registration ID and date of birth. The previously submitted details can be edited/corrected through the online facility. Since the CG PET application correction facility will be a one-time facility, the candidates will have one chance to make their corrections. After the final date, the authorities will not accept any requests for corrections in the CG PET 2026 application form. 

After completing CG PET 2026 registration, candidates will be able to edit their details through correction facility. If no details are to be corrected, they will have to wait for CG PET 2026 hall ticket release. Official CG PET admit card download link will be available online at official website. To download hall ticket, they will have to log in with required details. Candidates will be able to check important details such as allotted centre, exam date, timings, guidelines and more through CG PET admit card.

While reporting to exam centre, they will have to bring their admit card and one original ID proof. If these documents are not shown, then they will not be considered eligible for exam. Only registered candidates with hall ticket will be allowed inside CG PET exam centre. Authorities wil conduct CG PET 2026 as a pen and paper based test.
