CCMT 2026 Dates: NIT Agartala have released CCMT 2026 National Spot Round 6 Seat Allotment and Cutoff on its official website. Candidates who registered for this phase can check their allotment result using their login credentials. Candidates must report to the allocated institute for verification process within the deadline. Based on the CCMT admission cutoff (opening and closing rank), candidates are allocated seats at NITs, IIITs, and other participating institutes.
The selection is done based on GATE scores. CCMT counselling process is conducted in rounds depending on seat availability. It involves various process, such as registration, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, and document verification.

CCMT 2026 Registration and Choice Filling Dates
CCMT 2026 online registrations and choice-filling process are over. Through CCMT counselling 2026, candidates are offered admission to MTech and other postgraduate programmes at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Candidates who want to appear for the counselling process must submit their CCMT application form before due date.

A non-refundable fee of INR 3500 (for Gen, Gen-EWS or OBC) and INR 3000 (for SC/ST and PwD) must be paid for counselling registration. Registration is mandatory and must be done before the last date. Based on rank and preferences provided, students will be allocated seats.

CCMT 2026 Seat Allotment Round Dates
The CCMT seat allotment round is released for each phase separately. The phase seat allotment and cutoff determines the qualifying and selection of the candidates. The allotment (main-round counselling) has been declared, the special round counselling will be held as per the schedule. Candidates who have registered, filled choices, and paid registration fee are eligible to check CCMT seat allotment result using their login credentials.

CCMT 2026 Important Dates for Special Rounds
NIT Agartala have completed conducting CCMT special round 2026. The special round counselling is conducted for leftover seats in particular institutes and branches. The list of CCMT vacant seats has been updated on the official website. CCMT will not entertain any claims arising from its failure to comply with these special eligibility criteria. Candidates participating the special round counselling of CCMT must keep the following documents ready:
- Birth certificate (as mentioned in class X) board certificate
- Marksheet of class XII
- Grade/Mark sheets of the qualifying examination for all semesters
- Degree certificate
- Original Caste Certificate
- Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable
- OBC-NCL/EWS certificate
- Proof of payment of Seat Acceptance fee
- Three color passport size photographs
- Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
- Original Transfer certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
Candidates are advised to carry original and photocopy of the documents of above.
