CCMT Counselling Registration 2023: Check Dates & how fill Application Form

The CCMT 2025 counselling conducting authority has announced the dates related to CCMT Counselling 2025. The complete schedule of CCMT 2025 counselling is provided on the official website.

Candidates must ensure they fulfil all the eligibility/course-specific requirements before filling and applying for CCMT qualifying during choice filling. Candidates are solely responsible for checking these special eligibility requirements.

• Registration: Candidates must register for the counselling process before filling out the CCMT registrations 2025. To register, the candidates must submit their name and GATE-related details such as year of exam, registration ID, exam paper and score out of 100.
• Filling out the Application Form: After registration, candidates need to log in to the official website and enter their details, such as their parent's names, dates of birth, genders, nationalities, academic qualifications, bank account information, and others.
• Uploading GATE Scorecards: Candidates must also upload a scanned copy of the GATE scorecard. The scorecard format should be GIF/PNG/JPG/JPEG/BMP and the size should be between 50 KB to 200 KB.
• Submission of Application Form: Before the CCMT 2025 registrations, candidates must generate passwords. The application form must be submitted after all submitted details are reviewed. After the completion of registration, a unique registration number will be generated.
• Payment of Registration Fee: Candidates have to pay the required registration fee through online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan at any branch of SBI).

• Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates must select their college and course choices during the allotted time. Change, re-order and deletion of choices could be done within the choice-filling period. Candidates must make their choice in the order of their preference. Editing of selected choices cannot be done after locking. A printout of the filled choices must be taken for future reference.

Before proceeding with the CCMT 2025 registration, candidates must be ready with the following things:

In case a candidate forgets the CCMT Registration password, mandatory to log in, he/she can follow the steps mentioned below to retrieve it:

• Click on the Login link on the CCMT website
• Click on the link named “Forgot Password.”
• Two options will be displayed on the screen: (i) Receive reset link through Mobile via SMS or (ii) Receive reset link on E-Mail ID. Choose any one of the option to get the reset link.
• Click on the reset link and set a new password
