The cutoff for CCMT round 2 counselling will be released as per CCMT schedule 2026. The seats will be allotted to students as per their obtained GATE scores. Qualified GATE 2026/2025/2024 candidates were eligible to participate in CCMT 2026 counselling. Check CCMT round 2 cutoff 2026 for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, etc.

CCMT 2026 Round 2 Cutoff: NIT Agartala will release CCMT Cutoff 2026 for round 2 on June 22. Candidates who have registered and completed their CCMT 2026 registration can check their seat allotment result at CCMT login. The CCMT 2026 cutoff will be available for institute and branch-wise in opening and closing rank format. Read below for more.

CCMT Round 2 Cutoff 2026: Seat Matrix, Opening and Closing Rank for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs

CCMT 2026 Round 2 Cutoff: The cutoff for CCMT round 2 counselling will be released as per CCMT schedule 2026. The seats will be allotted to students as per their obtained GATE scores. CCMT is a centralised online process organised by different NITs and IIITs on rotational basis to offer admission to PG programmes in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and Planning (MTech/MArch/M.Plan).

CCMT Round 2 Cutoff 2026: Highlights

  • The NIT will first release the CCMT 2026 seat allotment result 

  • Then, the conducting body will upload CCMT opening and closing rank for all categories and branches.

  • Candidates can download their CCMT 2026 provisional seat allotment letter (PSAL) from CCMT login 2026 after depositing the seat acceptance fee.

Who are eligible for CCMT 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment?

Candidates who have registered for CCMT round 2 counselling and choice filling and did not receive any seat allotment in the previous CCMT round can check seat allotment result. The round 1 seat allotment was done for higher GATE cutoff scores

Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF), Document uploading (online) (candidates allotted seat for the first time in this round), specifying/updating willingness (Freeze/Float/ Slide), and withdrawal

How to check CCMT 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?

Candidates can check process on how to view CCMT seat allotment result for round 2 below-

  • Visit official website and click on seat allotment result link

  • Enter GATE registration ID, password, and security pin

  • Check your GATE CCMT seat allotment result 2026. If satisfied then freeze option and download allotment letter. 

CCMT Round 2 Cutoff 2026: Check Opening and Closing Rank

Once the CCMT 2026 cutoff is released, candidates will be able to check the opening and closing rank of all institutes and branches/specialisations. The steps to check can be checked below-

  • Go to official website

  • Then click on e-services section 

  • Select institute/branch and other options from drop-down menu

  • The CCMT round 2 cutoff (opening and closing scores) will be displayed on screen.

Candidates must note that seats will be allocated based on scores obtained in GATE exam

For the OBC AI category, the NIT Agartala M.Tech cutoff 2026 ranged from 321 to 488 in the first round.

As per this range, the most competitive M.Tech course specialisation was Artificial Inteligence, with the cutoff being 488. On the other hand, the least competitive branch was Chemical Engineering

The NIT Agartala M.Tech cutoff 2026 ranged from 353 to 518 in the first round for the General AI category. The NIT Agartala CCMT cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for various All India categories.

Yes, Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering does accept GATE for admission to its M.Tech programme. The college offers seats through both MHT CET and GATE scores. Students have to check and apply online for both. The college may reserve some of its intake for students having GATE score.

IIIT Ranchi considers the score of GATE exam for M.Tech admission. However, it is not compulsory. The M.Tech admission will be through online/offline counselling based on the GATE score and/or written test and/or interview by the respective departments at IIIT Ranchi.
