Top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, etc. Around 5% of students get internships in this college. The placement cell of the institute is just okayish and not very active. Also, some non-technical companies visit the CTIT Jalandhar's campus to offer internships.

Each B.Tech course may have a different seat intake. Every year, 120 places are made available for B.Tech programmes in computer Science and engineering.
