It is the best college in Punjab for engineering.

Placements: In 2024, 86.31% of B.Teach students were placed, with the highest package offered being 52 LPA In 2024, the average package for B.Teach students was 9.48 LPA In 2024, the highest package offered to M.Teach students was 34 LPA. Recruiters are Amazon, Nvidia, Google, HPCL, Samsung Research Bangalore, Lowe's India, Oracle, Wiingy, Certify Technologies, and Engineers India. The career and training placement office organizes internships, including summer opportunities for third-year B.Teach students. Many students secure internships, with some receiving stipends.

Infrastructure: Most hostels have internet access All hostels have geysers, water purifiers, and water coolers. Outdoor sports include a 400-meter track, an international standard swimming pool, football, volleyball, hockey, kho-kho, kabaddi, and cricket grounds. Indoor sports include a badminton court and a table tennis playing arena. There are also basketball courts. The institute has a library, digital library, labs, seminar halls, and classrooms. There is also a hospital or medical facility. There is a shuttle service. Outdoor sports include a 400-meter track, an international standard swimming pool, football, volleyball, handball, hockey, kho-kho, kabaddi, and cricket grounds. Indoor sports include a badminton court and a table tennis playing arena.

Faculty: I'm dissatisfied with the faculty and staff of the college. Teachers are qualified but not very helpful and students had issues with them also. The teaching quality was average. I don't think the course curriculum is relevant because of teaching problems in the college.

Satisfied with the college. Above-average placements and really good seniors as well.

Placements: Placement of Mechanical engineering department is 100% this year the highest Package 18 LPA and the lowest one 5 LPA 20-30% students got internship this year. Most of students got placement by PPO and internships. I don't remember correctly the names of top recruiting companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, two libraries, and classrooms are available inside the campus, with 24-hour access to one of the libraries. Facilities of hostels are good. Medical facilities are excellent. Sports facilities are also excellent in hostels as well as in the sports complex.

Faculty: Some teachers are excellent. Some are average as well in terms of explanation. In terms of knowledge, they are good too. Yes, some courses are relevant, but some seem to be irrelevant as well. Semester exams are difficult in this college. You need to give time to studies to gain good marks. The pass percentage differs from subject to subject. Overall, 80-90% of students pass (given they don't get detained).

Other: Events and fests are good as well. Scholarship facilities are also there. Good sporting events are held there.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, a language, one from the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology /Technical Vocational subject, and any subject other than the above four subjects in year 2024, 2025.
