KCET DPharm Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

The exam body, KEA will declare the KCET seat allotment results phase wise. Candidates will be able to check their allotment status by logging into the official website using their credentials such as their application number and date of birth. Candidates who get a seat in the allotment will have to appear for the college to confirm their admission.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority will release the KCET 2027 counselling dates round-wise. Candidates can check below the tentative dates based on the past year's events.

• KCET counselling is conducted online only.  
• In the first step of KCET 2027 counselling, candidates must report to the counselling centre and verify their documents.

While preparing about the KCET choice filling, candidates must begin by downloading official matrix list to check available seats across different categories.

Next they must analyze previous years' cutoff ranks to evaluate their chances at top-tier institutions. Create a physical or digital spreadsheet categorizing your choices into three distinct buckets -

• Realistic targets at second
• Safe backups at the last

Prioritize the list strictly based on your genuine preference, placing absolute top choices at the very peak. Verify exact location, fee structures, and campus placement records of each shortlisted engineering or medical college to ensure a perfect match.

The KCET choice filling is the most important step of the counselling process. While filling the web based choice filling, candidates must avoid certain mistakes, some of them are mentioned below -

• Never submit a limited list of choices; always fill in maximum options to avoid missing out entirely.
• Do not prioritize colleges based on random trends; research actual cutoffs instead.
• Avoid entering courses you have no intention of joining, as you might get locked into them.
• Never share your secret login credentials with friends or agents.
• Do not forget to save your choices periodically before logging out.
• Avoid waiting until the final hour, as server crashes are common.
• Never skip checking college codes carefully, as similar names often cause costly mix-ups.

KCET Registration and Document Verification  

Candidates must arrive at the KCET counselling venue with the required documents. Applicants must carry the compulsory documents in their originals along with two sets of photocopies. The authority concerned will check all the documents. If all the documents are found correct, then the candidate will get a slip, which will have a unique ID and password.

KCET Choice Filling & Locking 2027

After KCET document verification, students will have to log in using a unique id and password. After that, candidates will have to fill out their preference of college and course. A candidate shall be able to check the course-wise, category-wise and college-wise seat matrix at the time of choice filling. Candidates are advised to select their preferences carefully. KCET Seat Allotment 2027 

The seat allotment result of KCET 2027 will be released at the official website. Candidates have to log in to their accounts in order to download the KCET seat allotment letter. Reporting to the Allotted College  

In order to confirm admission, candidates need to report to the allotted college on the mentioned date and time. Candidates are advised to carry the other required documents along with the KCET counselling allotment letter to the college for the purpose of verification. 

KEA will commence the KCET 2027 counselling at the official website. The following documents are required at the time of KCET document verification 2027:  

• KCET application form 2027.   
• KCET admit card 2027.  
• KCET application fee payment proof.  
• Class 10/SSLC mark sheet & certificate.  
• Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet & certificate.  
• 7 years study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI.  
• Recent passport-size photograph (two copies).  
• Income certificate.  
• Rural study certificate.  
• Caste certificate.  
• Kannada medium certificate (Candidates who have studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka and also outside the state of Karnataka.  
• Parent’s study certificate/Parent’s Hometown certificate/Parent’s Domicile certificate/Parent’s Employment certificate/Parent’s Cumulative Record/Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/employment of the parent.  
• Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner, for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.
