RRB NTPC 2025 application status 2025 was released by RRBs. Candidates can check their application status by logging with the required credentials. RRB NTPC application form 2024 for undergraduate posts was released on September 21, 2024. The last date to fill the application form is October 27, 2024. Candidates can pay the application fee was October 28 to 29, 2024. The modification window for correction in the application form with payment of the modification fee is October 30 to November 6, 2024.
The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. How Check RRB NTPC Application Status?
RRB NTPC application status is released after the closure of the application process. To check the application status, candidates need to login with the required credentials. The steps to check the application status of RRB NTPC are given below:

Important Changes in RRB NTPC Application Form
The important changes introduced in the RRB NTPC application form 2024 are given below:
- Candidates can finally submit their applications within the modification date
- The photograph of candidates should be in JPEG and the size should be between 30 kb to 70 kb
- The signature of the candidate should be in JPEG format. The size of the signature should be between 30 KB to 70 KB
- SC/ST Certificate (Only for candidates seeking Free Travel Pass) should be in PDF format of size up to 500 KB
- The size of the photograph should be between 30-70 KB
- Offline payment of application fees has been withdrawn

How to Fill RRB NTPC Application Form 2025?
RRB NTPC notification 2025 was released in PDF form. A total of 11558 RRB NTPC vacancies 2025 will be filled through this recruitment exam. Candidates need to fill the application form online only. According to RRB NTPC eligibility, the age limit prescribed for graduate posts is 18 to 36 years. The age limit for undergraduate posts is 18 to 30 years. As per RRB NTPC educational qualification, candidates applying for undergraduate posts should have passed Class 12, while those applying for graduate-level posts should have a graduation degree from a recognised university. - Select the RRB to which you wish to apply for RRB NTPC recruitment
- RRB once selected cannot be changed after the preliminary registration is completed and registration number is allotted

Registration Details
Enter your name, Date of Birth and Father‘s name, Mother‘s Name, Aadhaar Number, SSLC/Matric Roll Number, Year of Passing, Mobile Number and email-ID and then submit for registration. Before submitting for registration, ensure and confirm that all the information given in the application form is correct. The email and mobile number will be verified during the Online Application process with a One Time Password (OTP).
Verification of Email ID and Mobile Number through OTP
On submitting the primary details, OTPs will be sent to the registered mobile number and email. Candidates can retrieve the OTPs from email ID and mobile number. They need to enter OTPs to proceed with the filling up of the application and to make payment through OTP activation link.
Generation of Registration Number
On successful OTP activation, the registration number will be generated. This will also be sent on the registered email ID and mobile number of candidates.
Filling Online Application Form
- Candidates can proceed with the online application form by clicking the ‘Candidate Login’ button on the home page by using the registration number and password
- In Part I of the application page, enter Educational Qualification, Community, Gender, Religion, Ex-SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category and other details
Payment and Bank Account Details
On completion of the above application details, candidates will be redirected to the payment page. They need to choose the payment mode. Fee payment can be done through online and offline modes.

- Candidates need to indicate options for scribe if they are PwBD candidates and eligible for scribe

Bank Account Details for Fee Refund

SC/ST Certificate Upload
Candidates belonging to SC/ST community who opts to avail Free Rail Travel are required to upload a scanned copy of SC/ST certificates.
Submission of RRB NTPC Application
At the end of the application, candidates need to agree to the declaration and submit the application form.

RRBs reject the RRB NTPC application form if the photographs of candidates are not valid. The photograph should be in JPEG format and the size of photograph should be between 30-70KB. Candidates are advised to upload their photographs correctly to avoid rejection in the application form. The photograph should be uploaded as per the specifications prescribed by the examination authority. The reasons for rejection of RRB NTPC application are given below:

Submission of RRB NTPC Application Form through Aadhaar Verification
RRBs released an important notice related to RRB NTPC application form. Candidates are required to authenticate their identification through Aadhaar
verification while applying for RRB NTPC exam. Submitting RRB applications through the Aadhaar verification mode will facilitate smooth entry to examination centres and streamline the post-exam process for applicants. This Aadhaar verification is a one-time exercise and will be valid for applying to various exams conducted by RRBs.

RRB NTPC Editing of Application Form
After the final submission of the online application form, in case candidates wish to make minor changes, could do so by paying INR 100. The correction of data other RRB, email, and mobile number could be done. In case of changes in SC/ST to UR or OBC, candidates had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. In case, candidates are changing their category from Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to UR/OBC (NCL)/Non-Ex-SM/Non-PwBD/Male, etc. had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee.

Candidates receive a refund of their application fees on their respective bank accounts. Candidates are required to provide details of registration number, roll number, name, father’s name, community, Aadhaar number, registered mobile number, date of CBT, bank account holder’s name, bank account number, bank IFSC code, and bank name.
The fee refund process is initiated after the verification of candidates’ details as per the records with RRBs. No refund is provided to candidates if they cannot submit the bank account details.
