SSC JE Application Form 2025: Last Date to Apply (July 21), Process & Dates

The SSC JE application form 2025 was available on the official website of the Commission on June 30, 2025 for Paper 1. Candidates could fill out the application form for SSC JE 2025 exam in two parts - registration and application.

Candidates need to follow the given steps for SSC JE registration 2025:

• Visit the official website - ssc.gov.in
• Click on 'New User? Register Now' link
• Fill in all the required details such as ID number, name, parents' names, gender, date of birth, category, Class 10 exam details, level of educational qualification, address, mobile number, etc.
• Submit the form and the registration number will be generated.

SSC JE Application Form 2025

Once the registration is completed, candidates can log in to their accounts with their usernames and passwords and fill in the remaining details in the SSC JE application form. Some of the details that candidates need to fill in the SSC JE application form include educational qualifications, three preferences of exam centres (in order of priority), etc.

Upload Photo and Signature for SSC JE Application

• Upload scanned images of photo and signature in JPG format as per the specifications mentioned below:

• Click on Submit to submit the registration form
• Note down the system-generated username (registration number) and password

Pay SSC JE Application Fee 2025

Once the SSC JE online form is duly filled and submitted, candidates can pay the application fee in offline (SBI Challan) or online (BHIM UPI/internet banking or by using credit/debit card of Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/RuPay) mode. SSC JE application fee 2025 is INR 100 for general category male candidates. Women and ST/SC/Physically Handicapped/Ex-servicemen are exempted from the application fee.

Once the fee is successfully submitted, the candidates' SSC JE application process for 2025 will be completed.

The candidates must follow the instructions given below while filling out the SSC JE application form:

• The photo should be in JPEG/JPG format
• The size of the scanned photo should be between 20 and 50 KB
• The photo should not be more than three months old from the date of release of SSC JE notification 
• The date on which the photograph has been taken should be printed on the photo. SSC JE application form without the date printed on it will be rejected.

The SSC JE application correction was available after the application process. The candidates were allowed to make corrections to the SSC JE online form from August 1 to 2, 2025. The steps to make the correction in he SSC JE application form are given below:

• Go to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission
• Go to the login section on the homepage
• Fill out the login credentials Registration Number and Password
• Make the corrections and submit the form
• Download the Application form and print it for future reference

In case, candidates forget the password required to log into their registered accounts, they can re-generate it by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of the Commission
• Click on the Forgot Password link
• Select permanent state and enter your email ID or mobile number
• Click on Submit
• Enter OTP
• Enter the Captcha code
• Click on Submit
• Enter new password
• Click on Submit

After completing the process, the SSC JE login password will change successfully

Some of the important points that candidates must remember regarding the SSC JE 2025 application form are:

• Candidates must go through the SSC JE eligibility thoroughly before applying for the exam
• Candidates must apply online for the SSC JE exam much before the last date to avoid any issues due to heavy traffic on the website
• Applications of candidates who are eligible for the SSC JE exam fee but have not paid it will be rejected
• All the details should be entered in the SSC JE online form carefully and correctly as Staff Selection Commission will not provide any facility for application correction
• Once the application form is submitted, candidates must take a printout of it and keep it with themselves till the SSC JE recruitment process is complete
