Pondicherry University is one of the eminent university which is offering quality education since 1985 and recognised by the UGC. MJPRU admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the UG & PG courses. For PG courses, MJPRU conducts the MJPRU entrance exam. Apart from that for courses such as BPharm, BTech, MBA, MCA, etc., the university accepts valid scores of JEE Main, CUET UG & CUET PG entrance exams. GNDU Amritsar is mainly known for its BTech course. The other famous courses at the university include BSc, MSc and MBA.

Rabindra Bharati University has a total intake of 95 for MA English programme. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates are selected for MA English based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants must complete graduation in the relevant discipline for MA programme. Once the selection is done, shortlisted aspirants are required to pay the course fee to confirm seat in the university. 

The cutoff marks of Guwahati University vary from course to course. The university has provided minimum qualifying cutoff marks for admission to a majority of courses offered by Guwahati University. Candidates must have at least 45 percent aggregate in their UG programme to become eligible for the PG programme.
