ATMA Exam Admit Card 2025 (OUT): Download AIMS ATMA August Exam Hall Ticket

The ATMA exam is conducted for three hours or 180 minutes. The exam will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. There are six sections in the ATMA question paper, I. e. two sections on Analytical Ability, two sections on Verbal Ability and two sections on Quantitative Aptitude. Each section is to be solved within 30 minutes. Since ATMA is a centre-based online exam the test screen will move from first section to the next section automatically as soon as the time limit gets over. Thus candidates have to be mindful of the on-screen timer and pre-decide the number of questions to solve in each section. It is not mandatory to solve all the questions in ATMA exam so candidates can devise a strategy to use 30 minutes per section as per their strength and weakness.

ATMA admit card will be released at the official website of the exam - atmaaims. Com. The admit card for each session will be released two to three days before the exam date. Candidates will be able to download their admit card by using the Personal Identification number and password. The process to download the ATMA admit card is as follows: 1. Go to atmaaims. Click on 'save' option to download the ATMA admit card The ATMA admit card will be available for download until the exam day. Candidates can download it for free any number of times until the ATMA exam day. Candidates should preserve the ATMA admit card until their admission to a management institute as it is an important document for student identification.

The ATMA exam is held for three hours or 180 minutes. There is only one slot for the ATMA exam. ATMA exam has a sectional time limit of 30 minutes. This means, that the candidates will have approximately one minute to solve each question. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 30 minutes will get over, the screen will automatically move to the next section. There is no provision of changing the exam slot. And there is no provision to apply for the same. Candidates will have to appear for the exam from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must make sure that they reach the ATMA exam centre by 1:00 PM in order to complete the frisking formalities at the entry gate. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre beyond 1:30 PM.

The ATMA admit card is one of the most important documents of identification of the candidate. It is the proof that the candidate has filled the examination form and is eligible to appear in the exam. No, there is no provision of changing the test centre after the ATMA admit card has been released. In fact, there is no option to change the test centre allotted at any point of time during the entire exam cycle. There is no window for form correction too where the candidates could have changed the test centre. Thus, it is very important to select test cities very carefully in the ATMA application form. They must choose their first city preference as home town or the city where they are likely to be on the exam day or choose a city which is the closest to their hometown and they can reach there on time on the exam day. Also, to be allotted the desired test city, candidates must fill the ATMA application for at the earliest, as the exam slot and test centres are allotted on first cum first served basis. If the seats get filled in the first city preference, candidates are allotted a centre in the second city according to their preference. The students must check the location of their allotted centre much in advance and make arrangements for reaching there on exam day on time.

ATMA exam will be held in about 100 cities across India. Candidates can choose up to three cities as their preferred test location. The candidates should choose the test cities in order of their preference. They should choose the test city carefully as the request to change the test city later may or may not be accepted due to non-availability of seats at the centres in that particular city. The following list of documents will be required on the exam day. Candidates must not forget to carry these documents as they are mandatory for gaining entry to the exam hall. 

• Original Photo ID proof issued by the Government of India - Original Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter’s Card/Permanent Driving License
• Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof
• One clear black and white photocopy of ID proof
• Two clear black and white copies of the ATMA admit card along with one original recent passport-size photo affixed on each of them
• One black and white copy of the Registration form
• Self-Declaration form
• In the case of married candidates who have changed their name, the Original Gazette notification/their original marriage certificate and/or an affidavit is required as proof at the exam hall

If any information or detail printed incorrectly on the candidate's ATMA hall ticket, they must immediately contact the exam helpline desk and get it rectified at the earliest. Also, get a copy of the ATMA admit card issued before the ATMA exam date 2024. ATMA admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the ATMA exam centre to gain entry in the exam hall.

To login into the ATMA candidate portal, candidates will require their OID number and password. In case the candidates forget their password or PID number, they can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to retrieve the same. 1. Visit the official website of ATMA AIMS. 2. Click on the candidate portal tab 3. Now, click on the Forgot password button. 4. Select the exam date 5. Select the credential that you wish to retrieve. 6. Enter the date of birth (as mentioned in the application form), registered mobile number and registered email ID which were used at the time of ATMA registration. 7. Candidates now need to enter the captcha code and click on the Find PID and Password button. Candidates will receive a reset link on their registered email Id and mobile number. Click on the reset link and the candidates will be redirected to a new webpage where they can set a new password.

To understand the exam pattern and ATMA question paper, ATMA mock test is being conducted before the ATMA exam. The mock test will be available on the ATMA official website at least two days before the exam date. Candidates must know that it is mandatory for the registered candidates planning to appear for the ATMA exam to take the ATMA mock test. To know how to appear for the ATMA mock test follow the steps mentioned below: 1. Visit the official website of ATMA AIMS 2. In the topmost bar, click on Mock Test button 3. Candidates will be redirected to a new webpage 3. Login using the email ID and password which the candidates used to register themselves for the ATMA exam 4. After login, candidates will be redirected to a new window where they will have a set of instructions that they need to follow 5. Click on the tab indicating Mock Test 1 after reading the instructions carefully and take the test.

The ATMA mock test will be available online on the official website of ATMA AIMS. The mode of conduction will be the same as the actual ATMA exam. Candidates who have successfully registered for the ATMA exam and paid the application fee can take the mock test once they have downloaded the ATMA admit card. The ATMA mock test will be conducted for 45 minutes. The mock test will be conducted to familiarize the students with the exam pattern and prepare the students with the time-based exam and help them tackle the sectional time limit. Students must login at least ten minutes prior to take the exam. To login, students can use their User ID and Password which they received on the registered email ID. The mock test is mandatory for every candidate who will appear for the ATMA exam.

On the ATMA exam day, candidates have to follow a number of guidelines which include cooperating with the exam centre staff during identification process, following instructions given be the invigilator and following the test navigation for solving the questions. There are some key dos and don'ts that candidates should follow on the ATMA exam day, which have been listed below: ATMA exam day dos: 1. Reach the ATMA examination centre at the reporting time mentioned on the ATMA admit card. 2. Carry two coloured copies of the ATMA admit card, one photo ID card, passport size photos and duly filled self-declaration form 3. PwD candidates should carry the relevant certificates and documents as prescribed by the examination authorities. 4. Carry a blue/black ball point pen for signing the attendance sheet 5. Carry personal drinking water, hand sanitizer and face masks 6. Cooperate with the test centre staff and follow the instructions CAT exam day don'ts: 1. Do not carry prohibited items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, etc. 2. Don't be late for the exam. The entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after that. Hence, reach the exam centre by 1:00 PM. 3. Don't cheat or indulge in mal practice. You can be disqualified due to any such ACT. 4. Don't leave your seat until the exam duration gets over.

There are over a 100 ATMA test centres across the country. These cities consist of metropolitan cities, capital cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Candidate can select up to three cities for allotment of test centre. The process of test city selection is a part of ATMA application process. In the ATMA application form, there is a field in which candidates have to select the cities. They need to select the city of preference in order of 1 to 3. The examination authorities will try to allot the test centre in the city of first preference. Thus, candidates must fill all the three cities carefully. They must choose their home city or city of current residence as the first preference. Once the application form has been submitted, the request for change of the city will not be accepted by the exam authorities.
