No, for admission to NIPER institutes, it is important for candidates to appear for their personalised entrance exam which is NIPER JEE. Interested candidates will be able to seek admission to post-graduate level course such as MS (Pharma) /MPharm/ M.Tech. (Pharma). GPAT exam is another national-level post-graduate level pharmacy entrance exam required for admission to 800 participating institutes across India. Unlike NIPER, it is conducted by National Testing Agency NTA from 2018. Prior to NTA AICTE used to conduct the GPAT exam.
4124 candidates appeared for the NIPER JEE 2026 exam. The test was conducted at 22 centres across 20 cities.
NIPER JEE 2025 was conducted in two shifts. In the first session, 6452 students appeared, and 3177 students showed up for the second session.
NIPER JEE total mark is 100. There are 200 multiple choice question in the NIPER exam. Each question carries 0.5 marks. Negative marking of 0.125 marks is done for a wrong answer.

About NIPER JEE
An entrance test conducted for admission to MPharma, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and MTech in Pharmaceutical Management courses. NIPER's conducts the test on a rotation basis.
