GITAM GAT BPharmacy Application Form 2026, Registration: Know How to Apply

The application fee to apply for GAT 2026 is INR 1200. However, if a student desires to apply for 2 different groups, they may select these two programs and remit a payment of INR 2400/-.

• Candidates have to click the “Proceed to Payment” link to be redirected to the payment gateway.
• Applicant can click the "Previous" button before making payment to make changes if any.
• Once the payment is successful, the applicant will be redirected to an “Application Print” page where a print copy of the application form is available for download/print for the record.
• If the payment is unsuccessful, candidates are redirected to a “Payment Fail” page where they can retry the payment.

Please review the following groups and take note that candidates may apply for one or more programs within the same group using a single application.

• For instance, if a student desires to apply for both BBA and B.A., they may select these two programs and remit a payment of only INR 1200/-.
• In another instance, if a student desires to apply for both B.Tech. and B.A., they may select these two programs and remit a payment of INR 2400/-.

  • Group 2: M.Sc. Life Sciences (M.Sc. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Env. Science, Food Science and Technology, Microbiology)
  • Group 3: M.Sc. Chemical Sciences (M.Sc. Chemistry - Specialization in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
  • Group 4: M.Sc. Data Sciences & MCA (M.Sc. Data Science, Master of Computer Application)
• PG - Humanities
  • Group 1: M.A. Applied Psychology
  • Group 2: M.A. Economics
  • Group 3: M.A. English Literature

Postgraduate Engineering, Management, Architecture, Pharmacy and Law programs

• PG Engineering - All M.Tech. programs
• PG Management - MBA program

Candidates have to upload their recent passport-sized photo. The instruction for the same is given below:

• Upload a formal passport size.
• The photo must be in JPEG/JPG format.
• The dimensions must not be larger than 35 mm X 45 mm.
• Also, the file size must not be larger than 1 MB.

Candidates can apply for GITAM GAT 2026 in any one of the following methods:

Step 1: Registration

• Log on to https://apply.gitam.edu to access the applicants' portal.
• Click on the "Register" button to open the registration page. On this page, applicants need to fill in the basic personal information, as well as any other details that are required.

Step 2: Filling in the Applicant's Current Education Details

• This section asks for the applicant's current education details, including the current field of study, the name of your school, the subjects he/ she is studying, the campus interested in, the year of completion of graduation / +2, the list of eligible disciplines, and eligible programs.
• After entering the details, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. Then click the "Next" button to proceed to the next page and move to the course selection section.

Step 3: Filling in the Course Selection Details

• This section displays the eligible courses based on the group selected by the applicant in their current education section. On this page, the applicant needs to select the courses he/she is interested in. After selection, the system will display the eligibility criteria for the chosen course and the applicant will need to click "Add Course" to apply.

Step 4: Filling in the Personal Details

• In this section, candidates have to fill in the below given details:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Aadhar no.
  • Mother tongue
  • Category
  • Nationality
  • Country of permanent residence
• Also here candidates have to upload the scanned documents of the following:
  • Formal passport size
  • JPEG/JPG format
  • Dimensions not larger than 35 mm X 45 mm
  • File size not larger than 1 MB

Step 5: Filling in the Communication Details

• Here, this section prompts applicants to fill in their communication/parent details.

Step 6: GAT Exam Centre Selection

• In this section, the applicant needs to select their preferred test centre for centre-based examination.

Step 7: Review and Pay the Application Fee

• This section will allow the applicant to review the information provided on the previous pages. Applicant should proceed for payment of the non-refundable application fee of INR 1200.
• Please click “Proceed to Payment” to be redirected to the payment gateway.
• Applicant can click the "Previous" button before making payment to make changes if any.
• Once the payment is successful, the applicant will be redirected to an “Application Print” page where a print copy of the application form is available for download/print for the record.
