NIPER JEE Counselling 2025: Dates & Schedule, Registration, Seat Allotment Result

The shortlisted candidates should take note that the counselling/Group Discussion (GD) and the interview process will be merely provisional. The admission of the candidate will be finalized only after the candidate proves his/her eligibility upon the verification during the NIPER JEE 2025 counselling /Group Discussion(GD) and interview. Below are the important dates and events. Candidates should take note of them as provided below:

During the counselling process, it is highly anticipated that NIPER will also conduct the group discussion and the personal interview process will also take place, hence, candidates are advised to reach the NIPER JEE counselling venue prepared.

Below is the list of mandatory documents required during the NIPER JEE 2025 counselling:

• Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth and the name

• All the mark sheets of the semesters or years of the graduation

• Valid NIPER JEE 2025 scorecard

• Income proof certificate

• Reservation proof certificate (if applicable)

• Certificate of disability (if applicable)

• NIPER JEE 2025 admit card

• Medical fitness certificate

• Documentary proof in support of the NRI status, only for MBA (Pharma)

• The parental undertaking of their ward against ragging and to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute

• In the case of government or industry-sponsored candidates, a sponsorship certificate from the employer is required

• Self-attested copies of the Aadhaar card

NIPER JEE 2025 counselling is the final step of the entire admission process. NIPER offers admissions in various programmes at this stage, possibly at the preferred choice of the institute. As mentioned earlier, candidates are shortlisted based on the rank obtained on the merit list. All the invited candidates have to be present online on a particular day and time. As counselling is the concluding process for admissions in NIPER, hence, candidates are required to submit the fee after the counselling to confirm their admission status.

Procedure for Post-Graduate level programmes

There will be no registration fee for attending the NIPER JEE 2025 web counselling. Fresh registration will be required through a registered mobile number for candidates who have not registered during the first counseling. After successful registration, candidates need to give web options for the seat allotment.

The group discussion followed by the personal interview will be carried out during the counseling only. Based on their performance in both rounds, candidates were granted admission into their preferred branches and the NIPER institute.

Procedure for PhD level programmes

The candidates will be granted admission based on their marks obtained in the entrance test and the interview collectively.
