
Rajasthan NEET PG counselling 2025 choice filling process was extended till December 1, 2025, 11.45 PM. The last date to pay the Security Bond fee was also December 1, 2025, till 5 PM. Originally, the process was scheduled from November 23 to November 26, 2025, 11.45 PM. According to the counselling authorities, the website was redesigned for the choice filling process. Those who have already submitted their choices are also asked to resubmit their choices.
The revised dates are expected to be announced soon by the SMS Medical College, Jaipur, the counselling authority. A revised Rajasthan NEET PG 2025 Merit List has been released, consisting of 3,707 candidates, as opposed to 3,866 candidates released in the original merit list.

The full form of NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It is a national-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate medical and para-medical courses in India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency. It is held once a year in a paper-pencil based mode.
A total of five rounds of NEET MDS counselling are conducted for seat allotment. Originally four rounds are conducted by MCC, after which an additional round is announced based on the seat vacancies. It must be noted that whole process of counselling is held online. Eligible candidates will have to register online to participate in the seat allotment process. Registration can be done in every round. Apart from registration, NEET MDS counselling comprises steps such as choice declaration, seat processing, allotment result and document verification.
During the preparation period of NEET both sectional as well as full length mock tests are useful. The sectional mock tests have to be taken after completing each subject. This would help you to gauge your preparation level and also help in understanding the areas of improvement. Once the entire NEET syllabus is completed, you should take full-length mock tests. Generally, students tend to take the NEET mock tests three to four months prior to the exam. Hence, when it comes to the final stage of preparation, ideally, students should take full-length mock tests. However, if a student wants to revise a particular section or subject, then it is advisable that they take sectional mock tests or revision or practice purpose.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Fee
Candidates participating in the Rajasthan NEET PG counselling will have to pay the application fee and counselling fee separately.

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Merit List
The Rajasthan NEET PG counselling Merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET PG 2025, after adding bonus marks, if any.
(a) One who has a higher rank in NEET PG 2025
(b) The candidate of higher age (older candidate).
(c) One who has passed the final MBBS in a lesser number of attempts.
(d) One who has secured more marks (aggregate) in final year of MBBS.
Candidates should remember that inclusion in the merit list doesn’t guarantee admission to the Rajasthan NEET PG admission.
Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Choice Filling
The choice filling is dependent on the publication of the seat matrix. Therefore, candidates are mandated to fill their choices based on the seat matrix published after every round of counselling. Any candidate opting for seats permitted by the MCI/NMC will not be allowed to claim any change on this ground, except during subsequent allotment, depending upon his/her merit and as per preference only.
If a candidate does not submit his/her choice within the deadline, he/she will not be able to participate in the online seat allotment process.
Rajasthan NEET PG Seat Allotment Process
The allotment of the subject and college/institute shall be made strictly on the basis of merit cum preference as per the reservation roster and in accordance with the rules laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India/Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court/MCI/NMC/NBE/ Government of Rajasthan/RUHS.
Reporting at the Institute
The selected candidates will have to join the allotted college/institute as notified in the allotment letter. There is no provision for the extension of the joining date. Change of college/institute or course is also not permitted at the time of admission.

Rajasthan NEET PG 2025 counselling registration fee is INR 4,000 for unreserved category candidates. For reserved category candidates, the fee is INR 3,000. This amount has increased from last year. Rajasthan NEET PG counselling will be conducted in online mode through the counselling portal at the official website.
