Strengthening their commitment to fostering creative excellence, Amity University Jaipur and Amity University Madhya Pradesh (Gwalior) have announced new programs in Animation and Visual Graphics for the 2025 academic session. Both campuses, through separate announcements on X (@AmityUniJaipur on May 3 and @AmityGwalior on May 1), are inviting aspiring animators and visual storytellers to shape careers in the booming animation and VFX industries.
At Amity University Jaipur, the B.Sc. in Animation and Visual Graphics program is designed to train students in 2D/3D animation, visual effects, motion graphics, and character design. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning with access to cutting-edge facilities such as motion capture labs and advanced editing suites. “We empower students to create characters that evoke emotions and captivate audiences,” said Dr. Vinod Maheshwari, Director of Amity School of Film and Media Studies.
Meanwhile, Amity University Madhya Pradesh has launched a comprehensive suite of programs, including a B.Sc. in Animation and Visual Graphics and diploma courses in animation and VFX. Students are trained using industry-standard tools like Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine, combining technical mastery with storytelling skills. “Our goal is to transform passion into profession, equipping students for the global animation industry,” said Dr. Rakesh Shrivastava, Dean of Amity School of Communication.
