The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has officially opened admissions for the 18th batch of its Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) in Management—a two-year, blended MBA programme designed for working professionals across diverse sectors. The announcement coincided with the convocation of the 15th EPGP batch, the largest so far, with a record-breaking 615 graduates.
The event was graced by IIM Kozhikode Director Prof. Debashis Chatterjee and ISRO Chairman V. Narayanan, who acknowledged the role of continuous learning in shaping leadership in dynamic global markets.

Participants in past cohorts have come from varied industries including IT, consulting, aerospace, banking, public sector, energy, healthcare, FMCG, and e-commerce, with academic backgrounds ranging from engineering and law to medicine, architecture, and fashion technology.

Admission Criteria and Pathways
Aspirants can apply by completing the EMAT application process. Before filling out the application, students must check that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria. To take EMAT, a sum of INR 2,000 has to be paid as the registration fee. Following this, based on the entrance exam score, academic record, and performance in the personal interview, admission is granted. The step-wise IIM Kozhikode application process is mentioned below:

- Proceed with the application process and pay the application fee.
To apply for the EPGP programme, candidates must qualify through one of the following:
- Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) followed by a personal interview
- OR submit valid scores (within three years) from CAT, GRE, or GMAT

For admission to a two-year MBA/ PGP course at IIM Kozhikode, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed graduation with minimum 60% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible to apply for MBA course. However, there is a five percent relaxation for reserved category candidates and they must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate in their final graduation.
