Procedure for PhD level programmes
Take a look at the NIPER JEE counselling process to be followed by candidates seeking admission in post-graduate and PhD level programs: Only the personal interview will be carried out for the PhD level candidates during the NIPER JEE 2026 counselling. The candidates will be granted admission based on their marks obtained in the entrance test and the interview collectively.

- Complete final semester on or before 15 July 2026, and result is not declared, must submit,
- Bonafied certificate issued by concerned college / university, stating that you have appeared for the final semester exam of qualifying degree
- An undertaking non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 by the candidates, stating that if the result is not declared by the college / university till Sep 15 2026 or candidates fail in the qualifying exam, they will have no claim to the allotted seat.
