
SSC GD Exam 2026: The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC GD city intimation slip 2026 on the official portal at ssc.gov.in. SSC GD New Exam Schedule & Admit Card 2026
To streamline the process of examination, the authority provided an option to exercise 'preference for weeks' to the candidates appearing in the examination. Under this facility, candidates were required to log in to their respective accounts on the designated portal using their credentials and indicate their preferences for the examination windows. The window for submission of examination week preferences was opened to candidates from April 11 (3 pm) to April 15 (5 pm).

SSC GD 2026 Admit Card
The SSC GD admit card is the official authority letter which authorises the candidates to appear in the exam on a proticular date and at a particular exam centre. It is not valid other than the details mentioned on it. The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC General Duty Constable Admit Card 2026 on its official website. SSC GD Exam Centre
SSC GD Computer-Based Examination (CBE) requires dedicated internet connectivity and cybersecurity. Hence, special examination centres are designated for the exam. The SSC GD CBE is conducted online in over 50 cities. Candidates need to choose three SSC GD exam centres while filling out the online application form. Based on the selected exam centres, the candidate is allotted a particular exam city centre. However, the Commission reserves the right to allot or change the examination centre at any point before the exam.

The section contains questions from current affairs, General Science, General Knoweldge and others.
