SSC GD exam centres 2022-23 released by the commission with the official notification. SSC GD exam is conducted across the nation in online mode from January 10, 2023. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conduct the GD Constable exam in multiple shifts in a time frame of around one month. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST) is conducted by the designated authority only. They have their own exam centres. Previous year Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) conducted the PET/PST and the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) at their exam centres. The SSC GD exam 2022 is scheduled to be held from January 10 to February 14, 2023, across the nation at the designated exam centres.

SSC GD PET/PST and DME exam centres are very few and the candidates need to arrange for the commutation to the exam centre. SSC inform the candidates about their exam centres through the SSC GD admit card only. The application status does not inform about the exam centre, it only informs about the exam date. The candidates select their exam centres in the application form. SSC allot the exam centres as per availability and choice.

Q: How can I check my SSC GD Exam Center?

A: The candidates can check their exam centres by downloading the SSC GD admit card only. The Commission do not mention the name of examination centre in the application status. The SSC GD 2022-23 region-wise admit cards have been released. Candidates can check their exam city, date, and time for the SSC GD 2022-23 exam. Candidates will be required to download the admit card from their regional websites. A direct link is also provided on this page.

Q: Can I change exam Centre of SSC GD?

A: SSC do not provide option to the change the exam centre. The candidates are requested to fill out the online SSC GD application form carefully. The candidates are required to opt for three examination centre from the same region.

Q: Are the written exam, PET/PST and DME centres same?

A: No, it is very difficult because the written exam is conducted by SSC but the PET/PST and DME is conducted by CRPF or any other designated authority for that examination.
