SSC GD 2026 Dress Code: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the SSC GD 2026 exam. The exam dates were April 27 to May 30. It was conducted online as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in four shifts on each day. The candidates were allowed entry to the examination centre only after the verification by the invigilator and they candidates will be required to show their SSC GD 2026 admit card and photo identity card. The authroity released the SSC GD 2026 city intimation slip. It is advised to the candidate to reach the examination centre atleast one hour before the exam shit time. It is also mandatory to carry the SSC GD admit card to the examination hall. Without it, candidates will not be able to sit in the exam. SSC GD 2026: Dress Code
Candidates can check below about the various types of clothes and shoes that they should wear on the examination day:
- Candidates should wear light-coloured sober clothes.
- Candidates should wear open footwear like sandals and slippers instead of shoes. As closed shoes might be the subject of strict inspection.
- A simple shirt/t-shirt along with a pair of jeans/pants is recommended for all candidates.
- Candidates should not wear clothes with full sleeves, big buttons etc.
- Candidates should not wear heavy/traditional clothes.
- No candidate should wear expensive/flashy accessories such as watches, bracelets, chains, earrings etc.
- Female candidates should not leave their hair open during the exam.
