Candidates qualifying for the exam can appear for a TSEdCET web counselling session on the prescribed date from any place having an internet facility (helpline centre, home, etc). At the helpline centre, candidates are called for registration and verification of documents rank-wise. At the time of registration, candidates also need to pay a processing fee of Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ ST category). After verification is done, candidates can collect the receipt of certificates from the counter. In the receipt, take a look for any discrepancies of the information and get it corrected immediately.
Web Options
Thereafter, candidates can start giving their web options for colleges. For the same, candidates first need to log in on the official website of TSEdCET using their hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank. Once web options are provided by candidates, these web options are processed on a notified date, and candidates are communicated about their seat allotment through SMS.
Candidates who are allotted seats can then download and print their provisional allotment letter and report at the respective college. If seats are vacant, a second round of TSEdCET 2026 counselling will be conducted by the varsity.
