SSC CGL Notification 2025 Postponed?
The Staff Selection Commission released its yearly exam calendar in November 2024. As per the official exam calendar, the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2025 notification is scheduled to be released om April 22, 2025 that is today. But recently, the Commission released a notice mentioning that the Commission is reviewing the exam calendar and the revised SSC exam calendar 2025 will be released soon.

The Commission can postpone the release of SSC CGL 2025 notification by one week. No, the SSC CGL document verification is not done by the Commission. The document verification process is conducted by the respective department in which the candidates will be posted.

The Staff Selection Commission specifically mentions that the following two documents will not be considered as the proof of birth required with the SSC CGL admit card. These two documents are:
- Affidavit in support of the date of birth of the candidate
- Ration Card of the candidate
