SSC CGL Vacancies 2026: The Commission has not yet announced the SSC CGL Notification 2026. It is expected soon at anytime. The authority will also release the SSC CGL vacancies along with the notification. The estimated vacancies to be announced is 15000+ for several Group B and C posts. The Staff Selection Commission released the final SSC CGL vacancies for the 2021 edition of exam. The Commission reduced the number of SSC CGL Vacancies in 2021 in the final iteration. The Commission now revised the vacancies and the final number of vacancies for SSC CGL 2021 exam is 7621. The Commission reduced SSC CGL 2021 vacancies earlier in January also when it reduced the number of vacancies from 7,686 to 7,633.

The candidates should note that the cutoff depends on the number of vacancies for a particular post group. If the number of vacancies is high for the AAO post group, its cutoff can decrease.

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.
