The Stage-II exam of ICG CGEPT 01/2022 batch for Navik and Yantrik will be conducted from November 16 to 18. The admit card will be released on November 1.

The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has announced the exam dates for Stage II for Navik and Yantrik CGEPT 01/2022 batch. According to the official notification, the Stage II exam will be conducted from November 16 to 18 at nine exam centres. The exam centre in Mumbai has been changed to Goa. Candidates who have filled Mumbai as their choice of exam centre will be allotted to Goa. ICG admit card for Stage II will be released on November 1 and candidates can download it till November 18.

The online edit window to upload additional documents and make changes in the marks and subjects of Class 10, 12, and Diploma will be made available from November 1 to 8. The initial medical exam at ICG Stage II exam is cancelled by ICG. Therefore, only the final medicals of shortlisted candidates will be conducted during Stage III of CGEPT-01/2022.

Documents required at the exam centre

Candidates are required to provide the following documents at the entry gate of the ICG exam centre:

  • ICG admit card
  • Online application form
  • Photo ID card as mentioned on the admit card
  • Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report issued by government approved testing laboratories. The candidate should undertake the COVID-19 RT-PCR test not more than 96 hours prior to the reporting date and time for Stage-II examination
  • Self-declaration COVID-19 form
  • No risk/claim undertaking

Documents required for document verification

Candidates need to submit the following documents while appearing for Stage II during document verification:

  • Online application
  • Original Photo ID card
  • Stage II admit card
  • Original educational and category certificates
  • Three duly self-attested photo copies of all original documents
  • 20 passport size colour photographs
  • SC/ST/ OBC (non- creamy) / EWS candidates need to bring original expired and renewed caste certificate as applicable and two photocopy of self-attested old as well as renewed category certificate
  • NOC in original and four self-attested photocopy from the employer for candidates presently serving in any government organization (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate of relevant state/union territory is required
