- 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
- 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak).

- All three test of PFT are to be carried out in continuity without any break. Any break will lead to failing the PFT
Indian Coast Guard Navik educational qualification for DB is that candidates must have passed Class 10th from any educational board recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education in India.
Indian Coast Guard age limit for Navik General Duty is 18 to 22 years. 5 years relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates, if the posts are reserved for them and 3 Years for OBC, if the posts are reserved for them. EWS candidates will not get any age relaxation. Even if there is no vacancy reserved for SC / ST / OBC (Non - Creamy) / EWS category candidates, such candidates can still apply. However, they will not be eligible for any age and passing marks concession / relaxation etc. SC / ST candidates are exempt from payment of application fee even in such case.
