UPSC 2021 Revised (New) Exam Calendar Released. Check here the new exam and notification dates.
The Union Public Service Commission has released the revised exam calendar for 2021 on June 25. The revised exam calendar was expected after the decision to postpone the IAS Prelims 2021 was taken. The revised UPSC exam calendar will notify the new exam dates of UPSC exams. The candidates need to download the new UPSC exam calendar and prepare for the UPSC exams as per the new schedule. The UPSC did not change the exam dates of all the exams, instead, it will be conducting various exams on the same day such as NDA and CDS will be conducted on November 14 across the nation. In the New UPSC Exam Calendar, the exam dates of various exam are not changed, it remain the same.
The UPSC conduct various civil and defence exams for direct recruitment and promotional purposes. In the UPSC, each exam has a life cycle, starting from the notification and application process to the result and answer key. The time provided to the candidates to fill in the application for the exam is twenty days. The candidates will also get one week window period to withdraw the UPSC application. The UPSC considered all these time frames for each of the exams. Only after considering this, the UPSC has released the revised exam calendar.
The UPSC revised the IAS main 2021 exam dates and it will be conducted from January 7, 2022. Besides the IAS Exam, CAPF, CDS, NDA, CMS, Engineering Services, Enforcement Officer EPFO Exam were also postponed because of the second wave of COVID-19.
