NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. After downloading the CUET UG 2026 admit card, candidates will have to check all the details carefully and ensure that there is no mistake. In case of any error, they will have to contact NTA to get the necessary corrections done. 

No, candidates will have to download the CUET UG 2026 admit card online. Candidates have to click on official website and log in with their registration details and download document in PDF format. Students must download the admit card immediately after release and not wait for the last moment. 

NTA will give the option to download the CUET 2026 admit card by entering candidates' date of birth instead of the password. In case candidates have forgotten the CUET registration password, they can select the option of logging in through date of birth or can click on the 'Forget Password' to retrieve CUET login credentials. It is advised that candidates save their CUET UG 2026 username and password, or the credentials carefully in order to log in seamlessly. In case candidates are still unable to login or change their passwords, they need to contact at helpline number of NTA immediately. 

Once National Testing Agency has issued the CUET intimation slip or admit card, the request for change in exam centre will not be entertained. Candidates are advised to immediately contact the officials and the conducting body if the candidate is not able to download their CUET UG 2026 admit cards online. The contact details will be provided on the official exam website and the information bulletin as well, when released. It's recommended to arrive at the CUET exam center 1.5 hours before the exam to complete the frisking and verification process on time.

CUET exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CUET application form. NTA allotes exam centre as per the preference entered and is subject to availability and logistical consideration.

While filling the CUET application form, candidates can select four cities of their choice. Choice of CUET exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. In case there are very few candidates from a city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities.

CUET 2026 exam will be held in May-June 2026 in computer based mode over a month window. The exam will be held across more than 300 exam cities in India. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre on issuance of CUET intimation slip or CUET admit card.

Registered candidates will be able to download the CUET UG 2026 admit card till the date of examination. Candidates can login on NTA CUET portal cuet.nta.nic.in and download the admit card. Applicants must ensure to take the print of the CUET UG 2026 hall ticket and carry the document on the day of examination. CUET UG 2026 admit card will be releases tentatively in second week of May 2026.

If there is a mistake or an error on the CUET admit card, candidates are advised to contact the officials immediately well before the CUET exam. They must ensure that the changes are done at the earliest and the rectified CUET UG 2026 admit card is issued before the exam day. In case the candidate name or its spelling and photograph does not match with that of the photo identity card, then candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Hence, test takers must crosscheck the CUET 2026 admit card and ensure the accuracy before leaving for the exam centre. On the day of CUET exam, candidates must report at alloted exam centre one hour before the given time. Candidates must make sure to carry the following items are CUET exam centre:

• Print copy of CUET UG 2026 hall ticket with self declaration (undertaking)
• Ball point pen
• Additional passport size photograph (same as uploaded in online form)
• Any one authorized identity card- School Identity Card/ PAN card/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Class 12 Board Admit Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph
• PwD/PwBD certificate issued by authorized medical officer
• Diabetic candidate can carry Sugar tablets/Fruits like Banana/Apple/Orange

To appear for CUET UG exam, candidates must make sue to follow the below mentioned dress code:

• Candidates must not wear long sleeve clothes.
• Candidates wearing cultural/customary dress must report at the CUET exam centre one hour before the reporting time. 
• Candidates must wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Shoes will not be permitted inside exam centre.
• In case of any circumstances, candidates must take the approval of NTA before the release of CUET admit card.

Candidates are advised to keep the CUET admit card after the exam as proof of application and eligibility. In case of any discrepancies or issue that may arise, CUET admit card will act as verification of attendance and eligibility of the exam.
