JET 2026 Admit Card will be released phase wise. It will be issued to candidates after they have registered for the exam. The admit card is mandatory to be presented at the time of exam. Even though, JET 2026 will be conducted in remote proctored mode, the admit card will have to be presented to the invigilator for candidate verification. System Requirement for JET 2026 Online Test

To appear for the JET 2026 exam via remote poctored mode, candidates will have to ensure the following features are present in their laptop or computer system:

  • Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13 and above, and Linux (Ubuntu versions 18.04, 16.04, 15.04 only) systems.
  • Microphone and webcam should be functional
  • Processor Core 2 Duo and above.
  • 1.5 GHz and above; RAM minimum 1 GB.
  • Minimum Internet speed should be 2 Mbps.
  • Google Chrome Browser (84.0.4147.135 or later)
  • Pop up blockers on web browser disabled.

JET 2026 Admit Card: Exam Guidelines

JET 2026 admit card will have certain exam related guidelines mentioned. Candidates must read their admit card thoroughly. Given below are key guidelines:

  • Log in to your system atleast 30 minutes before your exam slot
  • Present the JET admit card and a photo ID for identification
  • Sit in a well lit room with your back facing a wall
  • There should be no disturbance in the room, during the exam
  • Do not leave the screen at any point of time during the exam
  • Do not have books and study material open around you
  • Do not use internet to solve test questions
  • Do not switch off microphone or camera during the exam

Since JET is held in an Online Proctored Assessment method, candidates must take care of the following:

  • Supported Devices: Desktop computers and laptop computers. Webcam and Microphone are mandatory and must remain switched on during the duration of the test.
  • Non-Supported Devices: Android Devices, iPads and iPhone

After JET result, qualifying candidates have to prepare and clear the selection round which include personal interview and counselling (for BTech). For MBA, candidates have to appear for personal interview, essay writing and micro presentation for MBA.

No, JET syllabus is not difficulty as it pertains to the subjects studied in previously. BTech exam has syllabus same as PCB. Other UG courses syllabus for JET includes topics studied in class 11 and 12. For MBA course exam, the syllabus is same as other entrances – quants, English, reasoning.
