What is PTET Counselling
PTET 2026 counselling registration is important for all the candidates who appeared for this teaching test. Rajasthan PTET acts as a gateway for a 2-year BEd or a 4-year integrated course across Rajasthan. After the results are declared, VMOU (Vardhman Mahaveer Open University) publishes the PTET 2026 counselling schedule on its examination page.
Once the schedule is released, qualified candidates can register online by using their name, roll number, date of birth, mother’s name, and counselling ID. The entire counselling process is conducted online according to the announced schedule.

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) has released the dates for the 3rd Round of PTET counselling. The process commenced from September 3 onwards and will be continued until October 3, 2025. The third allotment list is released on September 23.

How Does the Rajasthan PTET 2026 Counselling Process Work?
After the result declaration, VMOU (Vardhman Mahaveer Open University) begins the Rajasthan PTET 2026 Counselling process to fill approximately 3700 seats across 900+ colleges.
Registration
All qualified candidates must begin by registering for the PTET 2026 counselling through the official portal and paying a non-refundable fee of INR 5,000 via online/e-Mitra.
- Browse to the examination portal.
- Select your preferred course: BEd (2 years) or BA BEd/ BSc BEd.
- Click on “Register for Counselling”.
- Enter the required credentials (Name, roll number, DOB, etc.).
- Submit the required documents digitally.
- Pay the 5000 Rs. Counselling registration fee via online/e-Mitra.
- Download and save the fee receipt and application form for future reference.
Choice Filling
Candidates must select their preferred colleges from the official list of participating institutions. They can edit, delete, change, or lock their college choices before the final submission.
