PTET 2025 counselling registration is a crucial step for candidates seeking admission to a 2-year B.Ed program or a 4-year integrated course (BA B.Ed/BSc B.Ed) across Rajasthan. Nearly 5 lakh students compete for 3700 seats across more than 900+ colleges participating in PTET 2025. After the results are declared, VMOU (Vardhman Mahaveer Open University) publishes the PTET 2025 counselling schedule on its official website @ptetvmoukota2025.in.

As per the schedule, qualified candidates can register online by using their name, roll number, date of birth, mother’s name, and counselling ID. The entire counselling process is conducted online according to the announced schedule.

Candidates are advised to keep the scanned copies (for online submission) or physical printouts (for offline verification) of the following documents ready.
- PTET 2025 Mark Sheet/Result
- PTET Counselling Letter
- Class 10th Mark Sheet
- Class 12th / 10+2 mark sheet
- Valid Address Proof (Aadhar card, electricity bill, etc.)
- Government-issued ID Proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, voter card, etc.)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- 2-3 Passport-size photos
How Does the Rajasthan PTET 2025 Counselling Process Work?
Once the results are declared, VMOU (Vardhman Mahaveer Open University) initiates the Rajasthan PTET 2025 Counselling process to fill approximately 3700 seats across 900+ colleges offering 2-year BEd or a 4-year integrated courses (BA BEd/ BSc BEd).
Registration
All qualified candidates must begin by registering for the PTET 2025 counselling through the official portal and paying a non-refundable fee of INR 5,000 via online/e-Mitra.
- Visit the official website- ptetvmoukota2025.in.
- Select your preferred course: BEd (2 years) or BA BEd/ BSc BEd.
- Click on “Register for Counselling”.
- Enter the required credentials (Name, roll number, DOB, etc.).
- Submit the required documents digitally.
- Pay the 5000 Rs. Counselling registration fee via online/e-Mitra.
- Download and save the fee receipt and application form for future reference.
Choice Filling
Candidates must select their preferred colleges from the official list of participating institutions. They can edit, delete, change, or lock their college choices before the final submission.

Seat Allotment
Seats are allocated based on multiple factors
- Candidate’s rank/merit
- Seat availability
- Reservation criteria
- College preference
- Paying of registration fee
Candidates must ensure that the ₹5,000 counselling fee is paid for their seat to be considered during allocation.

Upward Movement
If the candidates are unsatisfied with their allocated seat, they can opt for upward movement. Based on seat availability, a new seat will be allocated in the next round.
Pay the Acceptance Fee
Once a candidate is satisfied with the allocated college, they must
- Report to the college
- Complete admission formalities
- Pay the College Acceptance Fee of ₹22,000.
